Renovated and air-conditioned apartment with a living terrace centrally located on the third floor of a period building with a doorman and a tree-lined courtyard a few minutes walk from San Pietro / Musei Vaticani. 150 meters from the Lepanto metro station and 50 meters from the taxi station. Bus stop in front. Free WiFi (fiber optic), washing machine and iron. This was our favorite place to stay over our 2 week trip to Italy. We loved the neighborhood and how convenient taxis and the metro were. There were lots of nearby restaurants, a grocery store across the street, and smaller convenience store on the block. Donata is the most thorough host I've ever worked with and provided a wealth of information and helpful tips. Communication was excellent. We absolutely loved sitting out on the terrace in the evening. We would absolutely stay here again.

Donata is an amazing host. Communication was excellent and we really appreciated her meeting us at the door to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The apartment was so adorable and had every thing we needed. It sits in a wonderful neighborhood in Prati and was like coming home each day after exploring the many Roman sites. We will definitely recommend it to friends.

The apartment was as shown in the pictures. Very clean & comfortable. We really liked the quiet neighborhood compared to the busy crowded neighborhoods in the tourist atttaction areas. It was a beautiful apartment skilfully blending old and new. All facilities were excellent, including little touches such as multi-national adaptors, umbrellas, shopping bags. Loved our stay here! Very spacious and close to the Vatican. We also walked to Trevi fountain (30 minutes) and the Colosseum (50 minute walk). Donata left great restaurant recommendations too!
