Wonderful Accommodation
My husband , myself & our 19 year old son have just had a wonderful holiday in Kefalonia staying in Grandpa Villa We found the villa to be very clean & tidy upon arrival We absolutely cannot fault this villa The contact with the host was clear & straight forward , upon arrival we found the key box easily & were impressed with the security gates ! The villa was very well presented , very comfortable beds , lovely bathrooms , etc , the outside area was superb and the views are something else ! We loved the pool although did think the “tide marks “ around the inside of pool could have been cleaned before our arrival , the pool man did turn up one day , placed a few chlorine blocks in area & left ! The house keepers did a wonderful job very efficient changed our bedding mid week , left fresh towels etc etc The outdoor shower was good as we could shower off after the beach before plunging into the pool The path from garden to beach although steep was fairly accessible. The outdoor kitchen was great & my husband was impressed by how clean the gas BBQ was . The villa is about a 9 min drive up from the main road Most of this road is ok but there are stretches of it that are very rough to drive along So don’t be driving up in your Ferrari or your McClaren !! Al in all we would give this accommodation a 9:5 out of 10 … would highly recommend.
