Cliffs 6-306 with Extraordinary views of the ocean and lush foliage

From the moment you enter The Cliffs 6306 and see the breathtaking ocean front view, you will feel the stress melting away. Perched on a bluff above the beautiful Pacific Ocean, this spacious corner unit with 18-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and two lanais offers endless ocean and mountain vistas. Watch whales (Nov to April) and enjoy the year-round sounds of tropical birds throughout the grounds.

This stylishly decorated condo is very comfortable and spacious for four guests. The Master Suite has its own lanai, California King bed, island-style Teak furniture and sitting area. Second bedroom upstairs is a large Loft with a Standard King bed. The full kitchen has everything you need and gas grills are just steps away.

The condo includes its own washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Cable Channels and a telephone with local service. For music lovers, listen to a variety of classic vinyl albums on the Vintage-Style Record Player. Game lovers can enjoy our collection of games and puzzles. Sun umbrellas, beach chairs and a cooler are all provided for your day at the beach.

The Cliffs Resort rests on 22 acres of lush tropical garden land, close to pristine white sand beaches and 45 holes of world-class golf at Princeville. The Cliffs features a large swimming pool, two hot tubs, barbecue areas near each building, oceanfront gazebos and lounge areas, bicycle rentals, fitness center, kids playground, putting/chipping green and tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, pickle-ball courts. The Cliffs also provides an on-site activity desk, business center and 24-hour security.

Please note that this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator and no A/C. Three ceiling fans and three floor fans, as well as trade winds, provide adequate cooling.

The cliffs never disappoint!

This unit was very clean , well equipped and is just as shown in the pictures! Communication with the owners was fantastic and easy. Would certainly stay here again!

Wonderful View

The condo was beautiful, well stocked, and had an amazing view. The pool area was nice and we liked that there was an adults only area. The grounds are well kept and they had several chairs on the cliff to enjoy the view. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that without AC it was necessary to leave the windows open at night and the roosters like to crow very early in the morning. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

Very nice place to stay. Enjoyed watching for the whales to show up from the lanai. We liked having the spa tub and pool to use. The other guest staying here were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Stay was great, home has a lot of board games and things to keep kids busy. Has beach gear and cooler. Property has mini trails just a few steps from condo. Views are gorgeous. Comfortable stay overall. Has eve we needed.

I thought I was staying in my own home. Couch comfortable and L shaped cosy. Beds cozy. Kitchen fully loaded but I didn’t use it much. Laundry. Beach chairs. Nothing left out. Love love love.

Really great condo in a great location

This condo was everything we were hoping for. It had awesome views of the ocean, was spacious enough for us to spread out and have lots of room, all the amenities of a kitchen/laundry, and a great location. We loved being on the north coast, and this condo location made it easy to get to all of the north coast sites quickly. Foodland is close and convenient. This was also a great area to go for walks. We are definitely hoping to return here someday and rent out this condo again!

Incredible View & Great Location!

What a view from this condo!!! It's simply breathtaking! The condo itself is also just beautiful! It had so many nice features about it too. My hubby is a chef & cooked many of our meals so we appreciated that the condo had many things like knives, sauté pans, many different plates & glassware, etc. It also had beach chairs & umbrellas-really nice touches to make for a comfortable stay!

Beautiful property with an amazing ocean view. Watched the humpback whales from the private balcony. Clean and modern decor with an amazing massage chair in the master suite. Master suite is private with bathroom and private- non ocean balcony. Upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a door and is open to living room— but large with comfortable bed. No a/c needed- lots of fans and cross breeze. Great kitchen with all the amenities. Wonderful pool and activities through the property. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Please note this is on the garden or wet side of the island very lush. Easy parking.

Nice stay but one complaint

Excellent property but I don’t like to be nickle and dimed. Mandatory fee of $69 for “breakage insurance” and $15 a day for parking. Coming back at night we had to park far away because all parking spaces were taken.

This condo is tastefully decorated and updated, beds were comfy, kitchen fully stocked with all necessities and beach gear was available. We felt like we were living the island life rather than visiting. Our only complaint was the condo is hot late afternoon till sunset. But that’s due to its fabulous corner location and we adapted quickly. Also, would’ve been nice to have a tv in master bedroom. Overall, fabulous condo and great family memories. Hope to be back in the near future.

Relaxing stay with great views

We were a family of 3, our son being 19. It was also our (at least for my husband and I) fourth time to Kauai, but our first time taking a place in Princeville. The unit was clean and comfortable, complete with everything you could possible need. The views were outstanding, the pool was never crowded; I was able to get a 45 minute lap swim in one morning without any trouble. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Communication every step of the way was excellent. Was very cooperative in allowing for an early check-in.This unit did not have AC, but we were not uncomfortable at all. Trust and believe, if the loft BR where my son slept was in any way hot, I’d have heard about it. The ceiling fans were very effective, there were additional fans available and we had a nice cross breeze. There were also a few food trucks in for convenience: A breakfast truck, brick oven pizza truck, and a Mexican food truck. There was also an on sight farmers market one morning and several other events throughout the week. Unit had boogie boards, a cooler, beach chairs, towels etc. complex had both pedal and e bike rentals via an app, tennis courts, the pool, and a small fitness room. I found it was quite nice to get up early and walk to Sealodge Beach, Queen’s Bath and Wyllie’s/Anini Beach. All within walking distance if you also feel good enough to do some short steep hikes. I’m 58 in reasonably good shape and had no problems. Thanks for the great stay!

The condo was even better than the pictures. It was stocked perfectly. The Lanai has such a beautiful ocean view. The thoughtful Hawaiian art and layout was the icing on the cake. We will definitely stay here again!!!

You can try and find a better place but no one has the view of this location as far as we're concerned. We'd stay again and again and again
