HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This wonderful 4th row home is located close to South Beach in Sea Pines.

Twelve steps lead up to the living room that has 2 chairs, sleeper sofa with a slider to the deck. The den which is located off the kitchen has a sofa, recliner and loveseat. There is also a flat screen TV, BluRay player, and an AM/FM radio with hook-up for your iPod as well. The dining room has seating for 6. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table for 4.

The master has a king bed with flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The private bath has a double vanity, standing shower and large garden tub. The large walk in closet has an additional sleeper sofa. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and shares the bath with the hall and has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has 2 twins, TV and DVD player, and private bath with shower only.

The beautiful pool is 12 steps from the 1st floor deck. There are 2 loungers and a table for 4. The pool is approximately 30x20 lagoon shaped with waterfall.

The property is on the beach path, only a two minute walk to beach and minutes from Sea Pines activities!

**Free shuttle service through Sea Pines Trolley available March through September.

My family had a great stay a 4 Grey Widgeon. We enjoyed the pool and the pathway to the beach. It was a lot of fun staying in Sea Pines, going on bike rides for ice cream and looking for wildlife.

The pool and proximity to the beach were the best assets! Loved the layout of the house. Some of the lamps in master bedroom need some attention and some sheets for the couch beds would have been great. Overall, great vacation!

Great location for beach, Salty Dog and biking to Harbourtown

The property was very tired looking with mold on parts of house and pool. The pool was not heated. Decor was VERY dated and needs refreshing but the house was very clean and we really enjoyed our week

Family trip

The house is in need of some cosmetic updates, but we didn’t spend much time indoors, so it was fine. The pool was a good size and we were super impressed with the proximity to the beach. We have been to Hilton head numerous times and have never stayed this close to the beach and loved it!

We have been vacationing in HHI for over 20 years, this was our third time at Sea Pines and our favorite stay. We really enjoyed the location of 4 Grey Widgeon. We spent the week riding bikes, loved the proximity to the beach and the pool was a big hit for us. Can’t wait to visit again.

We enjoyed the house very much especially the closeness to the beach. We did feel that the kitchen was not very well equipped when it came to cookware. The toilet overflowed in the bathroom upstairs and water leaked through the ceiling into the downstairs bedroom. We had a pleasant stay overall and greatly enjoyed it.

Only one a/c filter in entire house, and looked as though it hadn't been changed in a year. Other vents had NO filters. Air conditioner didn't cool well. Granddaughter had bad asthma attack, probably to vents not having filters. Thought we would have to take her to the hospital. Bad mildew smell in basement. Silver fish in kitchen. A few spiders and roaches throughout house. Water drain stopped up near pool area, so water stands after rain. Only one roll of toilet paper, and that was on the roll when we came in. Nice lay out of house. Would go again if all of above was repaired.
