HILTON HEAD ISLAND. North Shore Place is THE spot for vacationers who are looking to be in the center of activity in Hilton Head. Located next to Coligny Plaza, these deluxe villas are just steps away from some the Island’s finest shops and restaurants. Northshore Place offers covered parking, a roof-top swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and is only a two-minute walk to the beach.

This RENOVATED villa has new porcelain tiled floors in the living area and in both bathrooms and faux hardwood in the bedrooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 2 comfy chairs, a 55" smart TV, DVD, free Wi-Fi and a door to a large patio. The dining room has seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen has additional bar seating for 4 and stainless steel appliances. The villa also has a new stainless steel, front-load washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed (with new mattress), 38" flat screen TV, new tiled walk-in shower, new lighting and a new vanity. There is also a door to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed (new mattress) and a twin bed. This room also has a 34" TV and a Blue ray player. The second bathroom has new lighting, a new vanity and new tile surrounding the tub/shower combo. The carpeted balcony has 2 rockers, 2 Adirondack chairs and a table for 4 to enjoy outdoor dining.

This unit is 200 steps to the beach and is conveniently located near Coligny Plaza and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park on Pope Ave. There are abundant restaurants and shops to add enjoyment and entertainment to your visit.

North Shore has a rooftop pool and hot tub for your enjoyment, in addition to use of Seacrest's oceanfront pool.

What a great unit! We’ve stayed at north shore many times and this was one of the nicest! Every appliance you can think of was there, enough glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. The unit was very clean, enough towels for all, I can’t say enough good things about it. Having coligny right next door we just walked across the quiet street to get coffee every morning at French Bakery - and with the shops and restaurants we never needed our car. Will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our Stay!

This is a nice property located in the heart of Hilton Head. This is a great location for families with small children because the beach access is right across the street. It was safe and clean. Beds comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a light blanket on the beds in addition to the sheet and comforter. We really enjoyed our stay and are very likely to return.

Nice updated property! Beds are terrible!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has been updated and was very clean! We usually stay at SeaCrest but they were booked so being able to use their pool was nice. The North Shore Place pool was nice as well! Our only complaint was that the beds were terrible! The master bed felt like you were sleeping on “plywood” according to my parents. In the listing description it stated the second bedroom had a queen and twin. This was definitely not a queen, it was a full and both beds were super uncomfortable. When someone would move in the twin you could hear it squeak. The listing stated they had just bought new spring mattresses and I could feel everyone of those springs. Super disappointing they listed it as a queen especially when a couple is planning on sleeping in it. We will definitely return to North Shore Place but not this particular condo due to the beds.
