The first two community pools, clubhouses, and gyms are just steps away from home. That's right! This community has two pools (Pools typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), two gyms, two clubhouses, fenced-in community playgrounds, and tennis and basketball courts. Access to the Junction and Breakwater Bike trails (connecting Rehoboth and Lewes Beaches) is located across from the community entrance. Bike downtown Rehoboth Beach to enjoy the finest restaurants, relax on the beach, or enjoy the boardwalk.

THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. This home rents Saturday-Saturday during the prime summer months; there is a strict ten-person occupancy limit, including children and no pets. Linens are not included. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. Surveillance cameras for security on the exterior of the home. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.
