About this property

Paradise at Rehoboth Beach in beautiful and spacious home in quiet development.

Beautiful home at the Grand at Canal Point, a family friendly community, has all the amenities you need to have a wonderful luxury vacation with your family/friends at the beach. From a beautiful open kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances you have everything necessary to relax to a wonderful meal on our enclosed deck with eating area. We have a wonderful great room with high ceilings and gas fireplace so even off season it can be cozy. Our beautiful bright sitting room is in great beachy decor and creates a calming experience. The main floor has ceramic tile, aside from the bedrooms with wood floors. Ceiling fans through out the house create a breezy home. Wifi througout the home as well. The home is beautiful and luxurious however relaxed enough for children to enjoy as well.

Main floor; Master Suite with King size bed and large bathroom with dual shower heads and seating area on either side of the shower. Guest suite with Queen size bed and full bath with private entrance. Both Rooms have beautiful wood flooring.
Second floor; 1 bedroom-Bunk beds with single on top of a full bed, 1 bedroom- King size bed with additional room attached with Queen size bed and tv. Upstairs has wall to wall carpet. There is a bathroom upstairs with bath tub.

Enjoy yourself at the beach or in our quiet family development; swimming in one of the two pools, playing tennis, basketball or using the health club. Go shopping in the outlets or go on a long bike ride or short ride into town. There are so many activities to do while at Rehoboth Beach but you may just want to relax on our deck and enjoy another peaceful day at the Delaware shore.

We enjoyed the location, the screened-in porch, and the well-sized bedrooms. There’s do much provided in the garage for use at the beach if we had wanted it. Loved the pool and playground!

This was our 2nd year staying at Julie's house. It's the perfect size for us and the perfect location! Julie is very easy to communicate and work with. We love the screened in porch. Everything we need for the beach and pool! The home is just perfect! We will be back again!

Great house in a great location

This was our first time staying at this house but we usually stay in the Grande at Canal Pointe neighborhood due to it’s proximity to pretty much everything. The house was huge and had plenty of room for our smallish party of 6. It had everything you would need for the week for a great vacation at the beach. We’d highly recommend the property for a family vacation

Beautiful home

Our first time at this house and it was perfect for us! Very clean and accommodating. I especially love an outdoor shower, which this house has! The screened in sunroom was perfect for morning coffee and reading and evening relaxing! We will definitely be back!

We loved this rental !!! Our grandkids wished they could move here 😁 . Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Huge living area and kitchen. Walking distance to the pool a plus. And biking trails ! All in all, a wonderful experience for our family, thank you 😊

The house is located in the perfect area. We were super close to Rehoboth Ave, Cape Henlopen, and the two outlets where we usually shop. The house was spotless when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable. We didn't have any issues while staying here. The pool was in walking distance. If it weren't so hot, we probably would have taken the bikes out for a ride and enjoyed the screened porch. The owner is very accessible if you have any questions or issues.

Nice place

The owner did her best to correct several issues. Overall this is a very nice house. It’s sparsely but adequately furnished and comes with a bunch of bicycles, some of which needed adjustments, and beach gear. We enjoyed our stay.

As usual, our stay in Julie’s home was wonderful. I needed to get in touch with Julie one time regarding a minor issue and her response was immediate. She immediately resolved our small issue. This home and Canal Point area are so beautiful. Cap that with a wonderful owner, and you have yourself a fantastic vacation in this home. I highly recommend those that love to bike ride as the multiple trails are amazing.,This home comes equipped with multiple high-end bicycles.

Nice house

it was a lovely house, very comfortable. The few negatives were poor air conditioning in bedrooms, and impossible task of laundering all the sheets and towels for an 11am checkout

Please note; an additional air conditioner is in the 5th room upstairs which typically creates enough cool air in the room/house. There are ceiling fans and standing fans in each room as well if, needed. I let all guests know check out is at 11am and all sheets/towels need to be washed/dried prior to departure. Guests are also able to bring their own sheets/towels.

Beautiful house

Overall, our experience was very good. We did have some issues with getting access to the pool and I’ll show. Also, one of the rooms upstairs was very very hot. The house was in driving distance to the boardwalk. The best beach we found was at Gordon’s point park.

We had vacationed in Rehoboth Beach, DE for ten years and finally purchased a home to enjoy and rent out for others. We love the area we live in, it is peaceful and relaxing. It is total relaxation once we walk through our doors. The beach is so close, the town is a quick bike ride. Outlets are very close as well. Go-karting, putt putt and water parks are great fun things to do also. Jet skiing and boating are close by as well.

What makes this property unique

We can go to the beach, jump in the pool when we get home, then play a game of tennis. Go biking on the nearby bike path or head into town and walk through the shops in Rehoboth.
