200 steps in either direction to the warm white sandy beaches of Indian Shores or the Intercoastal Waterway that leads out to the Ocean at John's Passe. Swim in the condo's private pool, fish off the private dock, or relax at the waters edge watching the dolphin and manatee swim by.

This Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom bright spacious condo is 1390 sq ft of open living space with 9+ ft ceilings and numerous windows. New furniture and flooring through out. Technology abounds with Smart TV's, sound bar, DVD and TV/internet pkg. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your food preparation needs. All principle rooms face the large oversize triple patio doors, that slide open double/single width to large private balcony overlooking the Mangroves; walk out through the newly furnished living room or master bedroom. This condo has everything!

This condo is clean and roomy, with all the amenities of home. The beach is a short walk across the street. A private parking garage is beneath the condo for your car, and also has beach chairs for your use. We loved staying here and would highly recommend this place!

This was the second year in a row that that my wife and I stayed at this condo, and once again it was a great stay. The condo is not only immaculate, but it also has everything that you could ask for. For us it’s like being at home except at home we can’t walk across the street to the ocean. We hope to be back next year.

Beautiful condo with everything you need for hassle free vacation.

Condo is furnished with everything you need and then some. Easy check in/out process. Only thing I would like to see is a bath mat for the showers to lessen the possibility of slipping when exiting the shower. The availability of chairs and coolers fot the beach is appreciated and the condition was very good.

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic time at this condo! It was CLEAN, comfortable, well stocked, and had everything we needed for our extended stay. It was close to the beach, and had beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, and cart. We couldn't as for anything more. 5 stars all the way around.

We totally enjoyed our 2 week stay!

This condo was just what my sister and I were looking for. Bright, airy, spacious and very clean. It was supplied with everything we could need for cooking - including our own BBQ! The balcony was roomy and also well furnished.The beds provided a great rest, the bathrooms were exactly what we like. We enjoyed our strolls on the beach which was only a short walk away. The pool was a welcome break on hot days and it was easy to share with the friendly neighbours. Shopping and restaurants were nearby and did not disappoint. All in all, we had a great vacation here. Thanks Heather and Tony for sharing your home.

Relax and have fun.

We stayed here for a month and it is amazing. So relaxing it felt like home and it's nothing like my home decor. I do love the trendy decor. The condo is comfortable and has everything you need. You know the saying "there is a place for everything and everything has its place" that describes this condo. Comfortable beds "oh yea". Take a step outside, and you are in Florida, the beach is steps way, the pool is clean and lots of seating and the complex is quiet and clean . Garage parking A plus. Indians Shores is clean and updated, as far as other complexes look. Great restaurants, golf courses, parks, and ice cream shops are in the area. Cons = none.

Great Florida Vacation

The property was as listed. The owner did a great job with the instructions and provided everything needed. We would definitely return again. Access to restaurants was within walking distance and the beach was right across the street.

This property is even better than it looks in the pictures. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. A short walk to the beach as well. Heather and Tony were very attentive hosts. We would love to stay here again in the future!

A great place to stay

We found that the property far out shined the pictures online. It was nicer than we imagined it would be. Even though we were unlucky enough to stay there in the beginning of the pandemic and suffered through the closure of the beaches to nothing more than social distancing, restaurants and various other hardships, we found that we could go to the county parks, botanical gardens and walk on the beach near the water. It made for a quiet relaxing time for my wife and I. We'll definitely be going back.

My stay at Mariner's Pointe

My stay at Indian Shores was for 10 days and I had an amazing time. The condo itself is very clean, comfortable and inviting and very tastefully decorated. The location is perfect, just across the road from the ocean with very easy access to the beach. There is a beautiful clean private swimming pool and fishing off of the private dock on the Intercoastal Waterway and a really great ice cream shop within a short walking distance. This condo is as the pictures and description portray it and I would highly recommend it.

Property is beautiful - well kept and equipped.

I am a returning visitor to this condo. I brought my mother and sister with me this time and they loved it. There was enough room for everyone to have there own space and yet it still felt cozy. We made most of our meals and found the kitchen to be functional and fully stocked and organized for whatever we needed. Lots of walks on the beach, and dip in the pool and some mini-put golf topped off a terrific stay. Would definitely recommend this condo.

The nicest vacation rental we have ever visited!!

We can only say "Thank you" for the opportunity to visit your rental unit. It is by far the nicest unit we have stayed in over our numerous years of vacationing on the Florida Gulf Coast. The unit was impeccably clean, well supplied (Kuerig coffee maker, shampoo, body wash, 60" TV in living room and a tv in each bedroom, comfortable beds) and furnished beautifully in a contemporary style and accompanying artwork. You have definitely considered everything your guests could imagine needing to enhance their stay in the condo and on the beach. The garage was a bonus. The pool was clean and the people we met were very friendly. The location of the unit was close to shopping and many great dining locations for all different price ranges. Being just south of Clearwater and just north of John's Pass in Madeira Beach provided ample destinations for short (10-15 minute) trips. The short walk to the beach (across the road) was well worth the trip. The condo itself was very large with the bedrooms and bathrooms at opposite ends that offered privacy to the occupants. Laundry facilities and dish washer all worked perfectly. Everything looked new.The balcony was spacious, clean and furnished and provided a view to the north, and lots of light. For dining I recommend The Pub, Seabreeze, Chicago Jax for pizza and Green Sage for breakfast. JD's was also lots of fun with a varied menu. Your condo is definitely 5 Star, and we thank you for the opportunity. We will be back!!

Lovely relaxing escape to the beach.

The interior of the condo was beautiful, very modern, updated with all the modern conveniences you could ask for. (full size washer, dryer/dishwasher/lovely fully stocked kitchen/coffee maker etc.) We spent time on the lovely outdoor patio/balcony having breakfast and also had morning coffee while sitting on the private dock watching the boats go by. The beach was a short walk across the street. The beach was great and we took long walks admiring all the beautiful properties that lined the shore. There is also a private pool adjacent to the unit which we also used for swimming. There are a lot of nice restaurants near the unit and we went out a few nights for some lovely dinners. There were only two of us that stayed at the unit but it is really large and has two really large bedrooms with their own full baths that could accommodate several people or a large family. We had a great time and would recommend this rental.

We have been long time users of VRBO and so appreciate those that have opened up their beautiful homes to us. We have decided to open our home up to you when we aren’t using it. We have stocked the home with the things that we think will make your holiday enjoyable and relaxing, whether spending time in the condo or exploring the area.

Welcome to our Florida beach home. You are sure to enjoy what you came for, the warm weather, tropical breezes and proximity to sand and sea. The spaciousness of this condo, it’s private view, the trendy decorator touches, the new furnishings, the amenities, and the technology make a great stay even better.

Trendy splashes of colour bring the beach inside. New tile and broadloom under your feet, make shoes optional from the beach to home. Slide the New Oversize triple width patio doors open single/double width to bring the fresh Florida air inside.
