This charming 2BR/2BA condo is tucked inside a small, quiet complex and perfectly positioned for soaking in everything the beach lifestyle has to offer.
The main living area, kitchen, and dining space all face west, opening up to gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and those wide, sugar-white sands you came for. Flip the script in the mornings and enjoy coffee from the primary suite, where you’ll catch beautiful sunrises over the Intracoastal Waterway.

The condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests:

Step outside and you’re just moments from the beach, plus you’ll have access to a fishing pier along the Intracoastal—perfect for casting a line or just unwinding by the water. You’re also ideally located near the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, with easy access to local favorites, casual dining spots, and beachside essentials.

A couple notes to keep in mind: the primary bedroom faces the Intracoastal with a small road in between, so light traffic noise may occasionally be heard. The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave in place of a traditional oven.

Perfect family Beach getaway!

Excellent location! Fully stocked unit. Very quiet. Awesome view and access of the beach. This part of the beach was great for our younger kids. Having two bathrooms was a surprise bonus!

Awesome location! Great view!

We loved this place and would likely rent it again if we happen to find it available. The location was awesome. There arent many large condos near so we had a very private area of the beach. Very short walk to the beach. Nice balcony viewing the ocean. I cant say enough good things about this condo.

Perfect location for mid gulf stay

Truly enjoyed this relaxing vacation right on the beach. Quiet area. Owner single family residence on each side. Had a manatee swim right by me as I was standing out in the surf. Very little boat traffic and no Sea-Doo noise. Great staging ground to go north and south For lots of adventures.

Great Gulf Week!

We had a wonderful time and the property was very nice - super comfortable furniture and very pretty. The front (road side) window could use some heavy curtains - got very hot during the morning. otherwise everything was great.

Enjoyable Stay

The condo and property was fine. The beach view from the balcony made it. The condo is a bit tired and in need of updating. The front windows and sliding glass door needs replacing. The balcony Adirondack chairs are great but the small metal chairs and round table should be pitched. Overall we were happy.

Loved the beach!

We had a very long 13 hour ride and we were all exhausted when we arrived. I just wanted to rest a little while, but the bathroom was so nasty I had to clean it. Stuff was on the counter and long black hairs were all in the shower. The bedroom door would not shut. It was very noisy here. The neighbor upstairs was so rude! She yelled at me and my 14 year old daughter for walking down the “wrong trail” from the beach. Now we enjoyed the beach, it was beautiful. I would recommend looking at the condos on VRBO (106 gulf blvd Indian rocks). We have stayed there and it was really nice.

The home is well stocked with everything we needed. We found the master bed very comfortable and my sister said the smaller bed was comfortable as well. We didn't spend much time in the living area as the view of the beach kept us outside. We are not able to walk to the beach so having the higher/tall chairs on the balcony was wonderful! The beach is quite with a beautiful view of the gulf and breathtaking sunsets! I would absolutely rent this location again!

Great location

Couldn’t have a better location, both a view of the ocean and bay. Condo is spacious, master bed comfortable. Kitchen has decent supplies. The sliding door off the master and the living room absolutely need replaced. There was tape around the living room door, either holding the glass together or because of the horrible draft (both sliding doors). The condo was fairly clean but it is in need of a serious deep cleaning, not just wiping counters. But other than that, check in was easy, good responses from property manager. The restaurants in the area are average except for Salt Rock and Crabby Bills, both outstanding!

We were able to see amazing sunsets great location beach was pretty empty most of the days, The ceiling in the living room leaks when it rains when we notify the company they said there was nothing they could do until the unit above ours fixed their door. I understand they cant fix their issue until above unit fixes there problem but could warn people that they have a leak luckily we didnt sit anything there or it would of been soaked. We still have not received security deposit back we booked Jun. 17-24..Overall nice place just needs a little tlc

Great location!

Best part about the property was the location!! I had read older reviews talking about how dated the unit was and how it needed upgrades and was hoping some of those would have been addressed by the time we came, but none of them were. Whole unit is very dated and needs to be updated in general but was very disappointed with a broken shower lever in the master as well as unfinished drywall. Old carpet remnants left stuck to wall in master bath. Bed in master was not comfortable and made my back hurt on the very first night. AC unit was not working when we checked in and had sugar ants all over kitchen- luckily the property manager was able to get the AC fixed and we were fine by bedtime. Property manager got bait and spray for ants but we had to contend with them the entire stay. Also the unit could use a very thorough cleaning and not just a wipe down. Location was awesome and my son really enjoyed fishing off the dock on the inter coastal. Of course we loved the short walk to the very private beach we enjoyed all week. Would love to stay at Pipers III again but maybe in a more updated unit. Thought we paid a good amount to have so many things needing fixed or updated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, short walk to beach from unit, and beach was not crowded, we loved that. On the surface, the unit seemed clean, but the bathtubs had grime and film that I had to scrub off myself with Lysol wipes. Not pleasant. Unit seemed to be a bit run down, with a bedside lamp that had a broken tilted lampshade and a floor lamp that was wobbly and broken. Only the bedrooms had smoke detectors, but none in the entryway or living room, which are closer to the kitchen. Carpeting also felt dirty. We did fine with the unit not having an oven, but there wasn’t even a wooden spoon or a pair of scissors in the kitchen, basic things a kitchen should have. Also wondered about the A/C unit being old and risk of carbon monoxide leaking. Management was great at responding to a leaking sink and sliding glass door that was sticking. Hopefully small improvements can be made to the unit to make it more put-together. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would stay there again, now that we know the quirks.

We do apologize for the bathrooms not being cleaned properly; however, we do state in our policy, to take a look around upon arrival, and let us know immediately if there are any cleaning issues. We would have sent the cleaning crew back to handle whatever items needed to be re-cleaned. The other items listed were not mentioned to us during your stay, or we would have handled those with the same efficiency as the other items. We will take a look around the kitchen and purchase some needed additional items. The A/C unit is electrical and would not have a risk of "carbon monoxide" leaking. Thank for letting us know the carpet does not feel clean; unfortunately, the unit has been booked where we could not have the carpet professionally cleaned. We will handle that during the slow season. Thank you for staying with us. Management

Fantastic Vacation Retreat

Reviewer Comments: This is the 8th year in a row my wife and I have rented this unit.The location is ideal on the Narrows, tucked between morning sunrise over the Intracoastal and fantastic sunsets on the Gulf.The property is older, but the unit was very clean and has been well maintained. The condo is situated near numerous good restaurants and "hot" spots for fun, but remote enough to be away from the hustle and bustle when quiet is desired. I highly recommend this property to everyone with whom I speak, just as long as they don't take the weeks my wife and I wish to use it. Kudos to Seaside Property Shoppe for their excellent service us over the years.

Best Sunsets Ever

We spend most of our time on the comfortable balcony or going just steps to the beach for long walks. This year we had the privilege of spending a half an hour watching a pod of dolphins catching fish on the intracoastal directly across from the condo.The condo has all the necessary amenities and gives us enough space to entertain our family who live in Florida. The primary bed is very comfortable. A few modest updates, like the addition of an oven, would make the property even better.We appreciate the covered parking for us and extra parking available when we have guests. The condo is located near good restaurants and shopping areas.We have rented from the Seaside Property Shoppe for several years and have found them to be very responsive to any issues that arise during our stay. We have always experienced communication with them to be straightforward and informative. We plan to come back next year!

When we got there a day later, we had ants. Both bathrooms had no place to hold onto when you take a shower. I felt that was a real safety issue. The refrigerator was not really clean. The description mentioned an icemaker, there was no icemaker. There was also no pool. Even though it was not listed as an amenity.

Great Location, Excellent View, Not Clean or Updated. It was very hard to get in the door because it needs a new lock and door knob. Also there was sand in the sink when we checked in. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors were dirty. The sheets were stained. Also there were small bugs crawling in the kitchen all week. There needs to be a ceiling light in the guest bedroom. The bathroom door was falling apart. And you do not get your security deposit back until two and a half weeks after you leave, which I think is ridiculous!

Great beachfront condo!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The beachfront location was wonderful and the building is in a less crowded area of the beach. We enjoyed walking to a nearby restaurant. We loved the high adarondak chairs on the balcony. Overall, the condo fit our needs & we enjoyed our stay! One suggestion for the owners would be to have a keyless entry installed. While having 2 sets of keys was good, an option of a keypad/code would be a nice updated touch!

Beautiful beach

We have stayed at Pipers III for 8 years in a row. This was our first time in this condo. Very nice and clean. Plenty of space. Condo itself needs some updates but otherwise it was perfect. You absolutely can not beat the location. Definitely will be back.
