A converted farm building set near the village of Havenstreet on the Isle of Wight, sleeping six people in three bedrooms.

The Coach House is a converted barn situated close to the village of Havenstreet on the Isle of Wight. It boasts three bedrooms, including a double room with an en-suite, a further double and a twin room; there is also a family bathroom. The property can sleep six people. Also inside there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the outside, you will find plenty of off road parking, a patio area with furniture, a large lawn area with a pond, a shared utility and a shared games room. The Coach House is a characterful property in a fine Isle of Wight location. Sorry, no pets. Please note: For 2 days from 18th May 2026, works will be carried out on the roof of The Coach House. The work is not expected to be particularly intrusive, and the owner is willing to offer guests a £50 discount for anyone interested in booking these dates; please enquire at the time of booking.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Ample off road parking. Patio area with furniture, shared lawn with pond. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 15 minute walk, shop 2.5 miles. Note: Pond unfenced, children must be supervised. Note: Spiral staircase inside property, care must be taken. Please note: This owner may be able to offer discounted ferry travel, please contact the owner directly, after booking to arrange this. Note: x1 hand towel and x1 bath towel provided per guest. For any bookings in the Christmas and New Year weeks (20th December 2026 - 6th January 2027) this property will feature: £25 hamper, Christmas Decorations, and a Christmas Tree. Region: The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

There is much to see and do in the area – from the Isle of Wight Steam Railway, Queen Victoria’s Osborne House, and Quarr Abbey, to Robin Hill Adventure Park and Brickfields Horse Country. The seaside town of Ryde is 4 miles away, 6 miles of beaches and attractions including bowling and an ice rink, as well as shops, restaurants and pubs.

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely setting

The coach house had everything you want for a home from home stay. The location was idyllic if a little bit off the main roads. It is a ideal location to spend family time together to enjoy each others company. I would stay at the Coach House again.
