This cozy home has three bedrooms, steps to Pacific Ocean and can accommodate up to 6 people. Great lush backyard for gatherings and bbq. All mattresses, pillows and bedding are newer. One bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, large work desk and a sliding glass door access to the backyard(seasonally let the sounds of the rolling ocean waves lull you to sleep and greet you each morning!). The second is the Master Bedroom has a King bed with a twin daybed, attached bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed.

Wonderful West Santa Cruz Home

Great kitchen, living room and plenty of bed options. The backyard is very spacious and protected from any ocean breezes. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful house for our family and a superb location on the west side of Santa Cruz. Lovely outdoor spaces with multiple seating areas and beautiful gardens and plantings. Walking distance to the beach, to Natural Bridges State Park and to West Cliff walkway to watch the spectacular sunsets. The kitchen is a good size and is fully stocked with all the equipment and kitchen tools that we needed. The living and dining areas were very comfortable for our family. The bedrooms were great. The host was wonderful, responsive and thoughtful. Superb visit! Thank you so much!

A great stay with family

We had a wonderful time at Ohana house while visiting family. The quiet neighborhood steps away from Westcliff was just perfect. The backyard was a great place for everyone to relax and listen to the waves in the afternoon. I highly recommend!

Great place to escape the Valley heat!

We needed a break from the Valley Heat and just loved this home that's steps away from the ocean. Pet friendly so our dog loved it too. Kitchen is expansive and beds were very comfortable. Juist a grteat place to really chill for the long weekend. Highly recommend.

This house is unforgettable! The location couldn't be better. You can hear the waves crashing from the back yard. It was clean, spacious, and well furnished. My family and I had a wonderful time. This is one to bookmark for return trips!

We had a wonderful time in Santa Cruz. Key points: 1. Location is great - a block from the beach 2. Happy with the cleanliness - we were there for a longer stay and asked to hire their cleaner for a mid visit clean demonstrating how happy we were! 3. Owner was super responsive - and everything was exactly as promised

Great place with spacious patio for dining!

Our son’s UCSC Grad weekend was a huge success and made even better while staying at this property. We were able to accommodate family members on the very spacious patio for an early evening dinner as there is plenty of seating, tables and shade which made for a very relaxing and beautiful setting to celebrate. Our host was extremely responsive and the property is as shown on the website. The property definitely enhanced what was already a very special and memorable weekend.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We had a great time! The house is very comfortable, was spotlessly clean, and is in a great location just a short walk or drive from several small gorgeous beaches. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner using the double oven and had a wonderful lazy pandemic holiday playing card games and watching movies. It was easy to avoid crowds by heading to the beach or the tide pools at off-peak hours and it was a much needed change of scenery for our family. Very glad we took this trip!

Quick stay, great location

Our family are Santa Cruz locals but we needed extra space for everyone when we had a Celebration of life service. I haven’t spent much time on the Westside but it’s gorgeous and quiet. Definitely not a place if you want to be loud. Neighbors are very quiet and you don’t want to be the person making noise here. Place is clean and well appointed.

Amazing location and beautiful backyard

You cannot beat the location for this rental! We did a girl's weekend with my stepmom, stepsister, our dog and me and this place was perfect. We each had our own room and plenty of room to spread out. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. Loved the stove! Backyard was beautiful and we spent a lot of time back there. We were a bit disappointed to see a big hot tub back there but instructions that we not allowed to use it - would have been the icing on the cake! Some of the lighting in the house needs updating and the small second bathroom could use a little love, but overall this place was phenomenal. Also should mention that the owner was very responsive and kind.

80th birthday get-away

We are six 80 year-old college roomates who gather each year somewhere in the US and often in CA. Of all our rentals, this was one of our favorites. The owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly when we had a question. Our group always looks for a nice gathering place around the kitchen table and in the living room and this offered both. There were also lovely places to gather outside. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary cookware to prepare a meal. We all agreed that this was a super home that met all our demands. We hope to return another year!

Wonderful Location

One minute walk away from a spectacular cliffside path / drive. Ten minute walk to Natural Bridges State Park with a lovely beach. Very comfortable house and very quiet neighborhood. 5 minute drive to lots of good food

Fabulous location!

Clean, cozy house with beautiful yards and mature landscaping provides privacy and peacefulness just steps from Westcliff. Close to wonderful restaurants and easy drive to downtown. We really enjoyed our time here, thank you for your hospitality!

Fabulous Home, Great Location, Peaceful Backyard

We loved our weekend stay. My son was married in the Santa Cruz mountains and this home was the perfect home base for us. We got ocean view walks, a walk to Natural Bridges State Beach and a jump in the ocean, with redwoods and mountain views close by. The home is exactly as pictured, updated, clean and spacious. We enjoyed a quiet evening in the backyard on our last night reflecting on the wedding events of the previous few days. I'd love to come back when I have more time to just relax. Tim was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. It's a quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous ocean view along Cliff Drive just steps away. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet family get away.

Great Location

A very cozy beach house. The big picture is this place is great. It would be nice if it had some bikes to cruise the boardwalk. I can’t say I’m a fan of 10 AM check out time, or when cleaners show up at 10:01, but c’est la vie.

Santa Cruz Peace and Harmony

This is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Cruz. It’s quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The space was perfect for our group of 6 as we visited all the local spots. The kitchen and bathroom are both remodeled and very nice. Great front and back patio and living room space to gather and chill. WiFi worked great too! Only thing to keep in mind is there are no washer and dryer available but the local laundromats are close and easy. We definitely hope to return again!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and the location is great. The house is nicely updated and beautifully furnished. We really liked the beach decor and it wasn't overdone. It's very light and airy, which is relaxing while on vacation. We could quickly do a coastal walk along West Cliff and see the seagulls and pelicans. We also went to Natural Bridges, the Beach Boardwalk, UCSC Arboretum and Mitchell's Cove. We highly recommend the Penny Ice Creamery, Companion BakeShop, Verve Coffee and Woodstock's Pizza! The kitchen was equipped for cooking at the home as well, including an outdoor grill.
