Villa Casa Antignana with pool in Tinjan, Istria

Casa Antignana is a traditional Istrian stone house situated in the center of Tinjan,Istria, Croatia. It is a perfect place to be if you wish to live like a local. The cottage was rebuilt in 2012 in original style and made of traditional materials. The stone found on site is reused, old stairs are now turned into fireplace frame, old front wooden gate is still there ...Thick walls keep it relatively cool in summer. However, there are air conditioning units in each bedroom and a living area.The living room overlooks the garden and the pool. The house consists of an open kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a small bathroom with shower.

In the garden there is a pool with hydromassage, BBQ, table, chairs, sun beds and a sunshade. The high stone walls surround the property.The property is pet friendly.

Small public parking is at the side of the property.

Ferienhaus aus Naturstein

Sehr sauberes und toll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit Pool. Leider ist keine Rasenfläche am Haus vorhanden, nur der Pool mit ausreichend Beschattungsmöglichkeiten und Liegefläche. Der Hund muss für seine Bedürfnisse im Dorf spazieren, und wird auch lautstark von einheimischen Kollegen gegrüßt. War ein sehr ruhiges Haus, bis auf die Glocke der Kirche, die sich alle 15min meldet. Preis Leistung war Super.

Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit

Wir waren im Juli 2023 vor Ort. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool wurde 1 x wöchentlich gereinigt. Die einheimischen Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!!

Great stay at Villa Antignana

The House is in a small village called Tinjan, around 15 km from Porec. There is a parking spot around the place, so you can park your car directly at the house. The checkin/out was fast and friendly. The owner of the house is taking care of you. So we felt safe and happy at this time. From the first view the house is a dream. Very clean and comfortable. There is enough room for 4-6 people. The Kitchen is fully equipted with everything you need, which was impressed. The Pool is nice and clean and the neighbors are very friendly. We had a Wonderfull time in Villa Antignana and we will definitely coming back next year. Thank you!

Perfect housing in Tinjan

Perfect house in a small village which has convenient small stores for bread or other things you forgot in the supermarket. It also has an ATM. Everything is to be found in the house which has really everything you need I including small things like salt, pepper, tablets for the washing machine or filters for the coffee. The beds and pillows are great as are the two bathrooms (one with washing machine). The pool is a great value for cooling off in the summer. Not much. Maybe change the wooden doors and locker of the garden entrance but I don't see anything else ... Nearest supermarket is in Pazin but with a car that is not a problem.
