Beautifully appointed and completely remodeled studio with gulf views directly across the street from the white sandy beach of Bonita Springs. Recently renovated, this studio offers a well equipped kitchen with SS-appliances - dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster. The dining area, living room and bedroom features comfortable furnishing incl. dining table with 4 chairs, a leather sofa and chair, 50" flat screen and FREE WIFI. The bedroom offers a king sized bed with pillow top mattress and crisp white linens. Off the bedroom area is the completely renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. The walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space.
You will enjoy beautiful views over the Gulf from your screened-in lanai. The studio is located on the 10th floor in Bldg. 3 within a complex of 5 Building. The Beach and Tennis Club offers 2 swimming pools, Shuffle Board, Boccia, and Grill area. Tennis courts are currently not available.
This unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every guest arrival.
