Casa Pitanga - bright, friendly, comfortable and welcoming. Located near the urban center of Funchal, it offers our guests the ideal starting point to explore Madeira. If you’re looking for absolute silence, it will be difficult to find in this area. The center of Funchal is just a short walk away; after a few minutes, you'll be surrounded by small bars and restaurants.
Casa Pitanga is located in a residential area just above the old town. There are a neighbours going about their daily lives, which could means that this area has so life. So don't expect complete silence as Funchal is the bustling capital of the island.
Casa Pitanga is a lovingly furnished typical Madeiran house with comfortable place for four guests with two double beds, spacious fitted wardrobes, living room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower and a south facing terrace where you can spend quiet and sunny hours. Casa Pitanga captivates with its fresh colors, white, sunny yellow and turquoise blue. It is functional and straightforward and offers with its 85m ² enough space for 4 people.
Towels, bed linen, beach towels, hair dryer and kitchen towels are available for you.
As a special service for our younger guests, we offer a baby cot, a high chair, baby buggy etc.

Feel and treat this home as your own. Obligatory cleaning every second week for longer stays (more than 15 days). Cleaning cost due to the customer (€35 each time).

VAT is included in the price as well as the new touristic tax.

Maison ancienne rénovée, un espace lumineux et paisible a 10 minutes à pied du centre historique

Nous avons été accueillis simplement par Sonja à l aéroport ou elle nous a donnes quelques indication et les clefs. C est agréable et rassurant quand on arrive à minuit.La maison est rénovée avec goût, claire ,spacieuse er bien équipée. On accède facilement à pied au coeur de vie de la ville et notamment les restaurants de a rue Santa Maria ou le marché. La remontée est pentue mais on s habitue. Enfin nous avons pu découvrir un peu de toute l île d est en ouest et du nord au sud à en 1h de route environ. Très plaisant!

Schöne, moderne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen.

Bestens geeignet für 4 Personen, top ausgestattete Küche, Terrasse mit Grill und super bequemen Stühlen, 10 min Fußweg zum Baden. Funchal ist als Standort perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Sehr nette Vermieterin.
