Completely renovated in 2014, maintaining the warmth and elegance of the architectural elements of the past, combined with the comfort of modern furnishings. The apartment is composed as follows: kitchen-dining room, double bedroom, bathroom. Comforts: TV, satellite dish (possibility to bring your own decoder, complete with cables, and connect it), wii-fii, dishwasher, use washing machine, air conditioning / heating to be charged according to actual consumption (partial counter dedicated light, € 0.20 for kw)

Wohnung in Marciana Marina

Die Wohnung liegt in einem netten Örtchen und man kann Fußläufig alles einfach erreichen (Supermarkt, Restaurants etc.). Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett, sie haben sich immer hilfsbereit gezeigt und wohnen auch selbst ganz in der Nähe.
