A Perfect Property

Property was very clean, easy check in process, conveniently located to everything we needed. We are ready to come back again. Only one issue and it was the master bathroom whirlpool button was broken on the jetted tub. Overall very pleased with our stay here!

Place was really nice and the view was great but when you pay that much for a condo it should be supplied with more trash bags & dishwasher detergent!! There’s no reason they can’t supply that when you spend that much money to stay there!!

Inconvenient disappointment

This is the best beach property in the area and the unit designs are functional and appealing but this unit was not up to par. The AC never got the unit down below 75 degrees, the master BR fan light started coming on in the middle of the night making it unable to run the fan in an attempt to cool the bedroom, the brittle firmness (I exercise every morning and for some reason did not bring my yoga mat) and worn look of the carpet indicates replacement is past due, the master BR mattress has lumps and pockets, guest bath sink drained very slowly and the commode flush lever had to be held down to completely flush toilet. We've been coming to SBT for 12 to 14 years and will continue to do so but will not be renting this one.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

The condo itself: *The condo is very clean, comfortable, and roomy. *We are a family of 4. *Great appliances. *Pictures are very accurate - except the balcony & the furniture is actually BETTER than pictured, there is a lounger out there too! *Beds and living room furniture was very comfortable - we felt at home. *The views are amazing. We spent an hour watching dolphins from our balcony one evening. Silver Beach Towers & Compass Resorts: *This was our 3rd stay at Silver Beach Towers. *The elevators are very efficient - you never wait long and you rarely share one with other people. *The stop light at the parking lot entrance makes it very convenient, no matter which direction you need to travel when exiting. *The staff is amazing - seriously, everyone we encountered doing maintenance, yard work, or assisting us with beach service was incredibly friendly and professional. I would recommend this condo and I will keep it on my list for future visits.
