West 1803 offers a coastal feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. A separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also centrally located in the home.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Fantastic Vacation

Better than the pictures! The best accommodations we've had at this price point, in years of coming down to the Gulf. The only issue was ants early on, but communication was very quick and they took great care of it. No issues the rest of the trip.

Silver Beach Towers was amazing!!

We stayed at W1803 and it was exceptional in all areas. They lay out was perfect for our family vacation. It was fully furnished for all needs and very clean. The pools are beautiful wirh plenty of space for sunning & playing. Simple access to beach. Our view was amazing. We will for sure stay here our next trip.

Destin spring break

The location was perfect for our families getaway for warmth and water. The condo was amazing! I woke up everyday and couldn’t wait to see the beautiful view. This place had everything you could need in terms of house appliances/kitchen gadgets/dishes/blankets. The pools and beach location is where my family spent every day and we loved it. Friendly people and helpful staff. We will be back again.

Amazing Beach Trip

My family had an amazing time while at the Compass Resort, Silver Towers! The location was perfect and the unit was absolutely breath taking. Had everything we needed plus more! We loved starting our day sipping coffee on the balcony and ending our days on the balcony enjoying the picturesque view! We will definitely be back next year and the year after that!

The unit had some service issues that the staff tried to address to the best of their ability. We loved the location and the layout of the condo. We didn’t realize Destin was in the 60 and low 70’s this time of year so we would definitely come back later in April or in the Fall. Airport is small and only a 30 min drive with car rentals on site. That was a huge plus!

Wonderful property and unit!

We loved everything about this property: Silver Beach Towers is a perfect location, this unit was wonderful! Clean, great layout, everything we could need in the kitchen, decorated so cute! We will stay again! Love the app too. The 1st morning, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, I went in the app, told them, when we got back to condo an hour or so later, it was fixed. No having to call multiple times, no dealing with maintenance people. Just a few clicks on the app!

Views like no other!

This was our second time staying in this condo. The view is like no other!!! The kitchen has everything you may need. Only thing I suggest is plastic cups for the kids and a new trashcan. Trashcan has been broken since the last time we stayed. Other than those 2 tiny things, the place was perfect as always.

Amazing View

We went in 9/19/2019 for a long weekend with friends. First time in Destin. The beach and pool area wasn't overly crowed and great breeze, ocean was rough due to winds. Not the norm for area. After walking on the beach and looking at other properties. Our unit and the property was the best looking place right on the beach.

luxury condo with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach

The condo itself was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. It is very much a luxury condominium. Each bedroom was comfortable and nicely decorated. Our children loved the bedrooms and the Master was a treat for us. We spent more time on the spacious balcony than we did in the family room. The unit is on the 18th floor and we were able to see stingrays and schools of fish in the clear water below. The beach was very nice but we didn't like how every inch of the water front was taken with an umbrella and 2 chairs that needs to be reserved. Since we didn't make our reservations before we arrived we were stuck in the 2nd row of umbrellas away from the water. At 11am any unclaimed umbrella in the front row becomes available so we were able to move up. I can see this being more of a problem during the high season. The building staff was excellent. The pools are also nice, but would be nicer if there was more shade available.
