East 1001 is an expansive end condo, which means extra space, and features a wrap-around balcony. It's the perfect equation for your next Destin vacation!

East 1001 has an inviting open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows featuring amazing beach views. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four. An upgraded kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room, complete with a full-sized washer and dryer set, is centrally located just off the main living area.

The master suite has a flat-screen TV, a large walk-in closet, private access to the north balcony, which beachfront balcony, and a spacious private bathroom. The master bathroom boasts a double vanity, jetted tub, and a large tiled, walk-in shower. The king guest bedroom is spaciously arranged and has a private entrance to the north balcony, which overlooks the greater Destin area and Choctawhatchee Bay. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The queen guest bedroom and twin bunk bed with twin trundle bedroom are also on the north side of the condo, each with its own private entrances to the second balcony. These two bedrooms are also just a couple of steps away from the third stunningly decorated guest bathroom.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this condo! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful!

Very clean! Great use of space that fit our 2 families of 4! Stunning views of the gulf from the huge patio with comfy furniture on it! It is a corner unit, so was great for the sunrise! We could also see the dolpins from the patio! There is a smaller patio on the north side that offers shade and a view of the city. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

This is well appointed rental on the 10th floor, east end of building. Great views of the gulf from the balcony. Easy beach access. Check in-check out is very easy. Would highly recommend.

Great location

The property was great. Two of the bedrooms had onsuite bathrooms. The water and the beach are beautiful but all of the resorts put out chairs and umbrellas every morning. Some of the properties even put chairs so close to the beach the waves wash up to and even over the bottom of the chairs.

Overall the condo was great… clean, well stocked with kitchen items and towels. The guy with the long hair on the beach for beach service was extremely rude, but had nothing to do w the actual condo.

Spring Break 2024 with adult children

Took family of 6 down for a relaxing stay on the beach. This place was ideal for our family. Excellent facilities, nice pool, good people all around. The condo was well laid out and the beach side balcony was spacious. We spent most sunrises on the balcony and many sunsets walking the beach. Recommend the owner replace the blender as it was leaking when we made smoothies or margaritas. That was the worst part of the entire experience, so obviously very little to complain about. We plan to return!

Great unit in a great location

We had a great time in this unit. It is well decorated, with comfy beds, and great amenities like big TVs and Wi-Fi. We even enjoyed some of the board games that were already in the unit. The resort is perfectly located in the middle of Destin, and easy to get in and out of. The only drawbacks are that the complex doesn’t offer much in the way of extra amenities, such as a place to work out, or things like basketball or other sports (just tennis). Also, our unit, and I think most others, have a specific kind of Trane thermostat that was very difficult to control. I can usually figure out how to program any thermostat, but this one kept changing temperatures or reverting to a different program at random times. Also, the unit above us seemed to be moving heavy furniture at all hours of the day and night. But, there’s not much you can do about that. We would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful Balcony

The condo was great! We especially loved the large balcony. We would sit out there every morning with coffee and watch the dolphins swims by. Each bedroom was accurate to the description, except the bunk room. The third bed is just a mattress under the bunk. There isn't a lot of room for the mattress in that bunk room either. Not if you want to unpack and live in the room instead of out of your luggage. The unit was nice a clean, had plenty of extra pillows/blankets. There was some beach items(couple of chairs) in the closet that was a great surprise! We left our chairs in the closet as well. The one disappointing rule at the beach is that you can't put up your own umbrellas. You have to use the beach service or go without. The on sit paddle boards were fun and reasonably priced. There is only one beach restaurant/bar within walking distance from the beach side. The kitchen was well equipped with supplies. We had a great family trip and would stay again!
