Stunning large luxury villa with amazing sea views!

Our Platinum villa is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a great holiday with family or friends. Located on the islands central west coast it’s ideal for exploring either the northern or southern regions of Kefalonia. The surrounding area is unspoilt and peaceful and close to the islands airport making your arrival and departure days easy. The villa sits on a hillside allowing for some of the best views of the Ionian Sea and to enjoy the spectacularly famous sunsets so frequently photographed by all who have visited the island. A large outdoor infinity pool area includes a great BBQ corner where you can eat and drink whilst enjoying the views, a hot tub, treadmill and CrossFit trainer to get your daily excercise and several seating areas to relax. The villa is decorated in an eclectic style. It has a light and airy feel with large windows which open onto the pool area taking full advantage of the sea views. There are 5 good sized bedrooms, all ensuite and fully air conditioned. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor with balconies and sea views. A further two bedrooms are on the lower ground floor with patio doors out to steps leading to the pool area. If you need to escape from the sun and heat, a gamesroom is also located on this floor with billiard table, table football, darts, poker table and tv area with Netflix . Free WIFI is available throughout the house. The kitchen is well equipped to allow for cooking up a spot of lunch or dinner for everyone to enjoy on those nights you just want to stay home and relax. The villa is finished to a high standard and is a great choice for a group of friends or families looking to share an amazing villa on this wonderful Greek island.

Fabulous House

Spent 6 nights at Anne’s fabulous house - it’s is very comfortable and spacious. Anne was incredibly helpful at all times and gave some wonderful suggestions of things to do and restaurants! Could not recommend this house more - we had a wonderful holiday.

We booked the villa for an important family birthday and our group ranged from Grandparents to toddlers. Anne could not have made us feel more welcome and the villa was stunning. Amazing stay with our family

Stayed for 1 week in July 2024. What an amazing villa in a spectacular position. Travelled with 3 generations of our family so 11 of us. This villa had something for everyone from the amazing pool, outside dinning and seating areas, watching stars from the roof terrace to the contained basement bedroom and games suite. Quality of villa and amenities were among the best and our host Anna could not do enough for us. Thoroughly recommend this villa, probably the best we have ever stayed in. Thank you so much

A Perfect Vacation Home

It's almost impossible to describe how beautiful this home is. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and has the most stunning view. The hot tub, pool and outdoor area are amazing. There were 11 of us staying as a family group with 6 adults and 5 children and we had a lot of room to spread out. Anne was so accommodating and helpful. Perfect Stay

I cannot begin to tell just how much we enjoyed our stay on this property. Everything was perfect. The managers were the best. Very helpful and graciously accommodating. They even set up a welcome package of local foods and kitchen items. I also have a special appreciation for design and decor - and this home was set up perfectly. The finishes made me want to mimic the look back at my own home. Inside and out - we loved every bit of it. I would highly recommend you consider this property when staying on the island.

Amazing visit to Kefalonia

We had the great pleasure of staying at Armorel Platinum property during a family vacation with friends. There were 9 of us and the house was amazing. The photos do not do this property justice as it is more beautiful than in the pictures. Anne was an incredible host offering us suggestions, meeting us at the airport and ensuring that all of our needs were met during our stay. We had a private chef, Viva and her husband, come to the house to cook us dinner one night. It was such a fun way to enjoy the house and relax while having a delicious meal on the island. We would highly recommend this property and this host to anyone visiting Kefalonia.

Stunning Villa & Incredible Views

Another review said that the pictures don't do this villa justice and having just come back from a week here, I totally agree! The villa is stunning and so thoughtfully furnished and there is everything you need for a wonderful stay here. The owner was beyond helpful and so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The views from the villa are incredible and you can sit by the pool all day and watch the boats and the sunsets - this place truly is amazing. If you are thinking of booking a villa on Kefalonia, don't hesitate - book it! You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back one day!

Luxury villa in Minia

A lovely house, two covered cabannas, the swimming pool was enjoyed by all, particularly during the heatwave in July. We were worried about close proximity of the airport but in the end it was not a problem, with little noise and was interesting seeing the planes. Games room entertaining during the afternoons. Plenty of parking for 4 cars. Owner promptly responded to a couple of our problems. Distance to the beach a bit more than we expected. Welcome pack on arrival appreciated.

The most beautiful home with the best view on the island

Cannot put into words how amazing this vila is Our host Anne bent over backwards to accommodate for us, organising medial care and providing the best recommendations The villa itself has everything you need with a well appointed kitchen, fantastic games room and stunning pool. The villa complex is exceptionally private and if you were to rent both villas on the complex it would be perfect for a large family gathering Because you are so private, guests must bear in mind they need a car or taxis to go anywhere. However, there are multiple restaurants / supermarkets within 15 minute drive. The villa was very clean, all linens were laundered regularly and the pool had a treatment during our time there Thank you to our hosts for allowing us into your amazing home

Wonderful - outstanding - can't wait to return

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It's a beautiful property with every component - including the landscaping,the interior and exterior design, the indoor and outdoor furnishings, the pool area - being exceptional in comfort, elegance, and functionality. The pictures on the website do not fully capture what a wonderful home it is. The property is very well maintained and cared for -- in short, the perfect vacation getaway. We loved our stay and look forward to returning soon. Before we arrived, we had some concerns about its proximity to the airport. As it turns out, it was not an issue at all -- it did not intrude on our stay in any way and the proximity to the airport was welcomed on both our arrival and departure. Indeed, all of us (including our grandchildren!) very much enjoyed watching the planes take off as we lounged on the pool deck and in the pool! A final note: our hosts Anne and Theodore could not have been more gracious, welcoming, and responsive to any questions or needs we had. Not only did they immediately respond any time we reached out, but they know Kefalonia extraordinarily well and were generous with their knowledge and recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and other destinations. We would recommend the villa enthusiastically and without reservation. We will definitely try to book the villa for our next visit to the island in the near future.

Most amazing stay!

This house is beautiful, spacious, and perched atop a lovely hillside in Kefalonia. It feels brand new and very private. The large property and landscaping is stunning. The pool is perfectly positioned, incredibly well maintained and gets lots of great sun. Anne, the owner was the utmost professional who checked us in and got us all situated with her lovely home. She also checked us out and got us out of the gates and on our way. Incredibly thoughtful and had some welcoming necessities for us that were delicious and appreciated (a great grocery store and also the Argostoli town are about a 10-20 minute drive). The house is in impeccable condition both inside and outside. It is high over the end of the airport runway (and a 3 minute walk to a beach!) but the planes were not a noise nor visual issue. Being an island, there were not too many flights in and out. It was nice to be so close to the airport when it was time to depart (about a 10 minute drive). We used a terrific taxi service (Andreas & John) that is listed in her helpful and detailed booklet. We probably should have rented a car though as the house is on a somewhat windy road and you do need to drive to most places. It seems very easy and common there to go ahead and rent a car at the airport. So highly recommend the small and quaint Avithos Beach and the Avithos Preview Taverna! So awesome! About a ten minute drive from the home. The water is amazing!!! The eggplant dish at the taverna is excellent!

Just perfect in every way!

This villa is perfectly situated, close to the airport and a short drive to town. The views are breathtaking, the pool and patio and bedrooms are first rate. Kids spent late nights playing pool, darts, foosball and poker with their friends in their own downstairs haven. Every amenity was considered and Anne, the property manager, was capable, kind and thorough! All our friends want to rent it for next summer and we can’t wait to get back…best villa on Kephalonia! The BEST villa we have ever been in

We have been traveling via VRBO and Air B&B for a few years now, and this Villa is by far the BEST villa we have seen. Armorel villa is just perfect. The villa can accommodate up to 11 people and still doesn't feel crowded. Every single thing in the villa is the highest quality. Anne was so helpful and accommodating, which made the experience just perfect. If you are looking for a top notch villa in Kefalonia - this is the villa for you. Rooms with a view !

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The rooms are very spacious and there are few spaces to enjoy the sun or stay in the shade. The location is very convenient close to Argostoli and there are many spots all around the island. But with the pool, the jacuzzi, the billiard ...you can stay in the villa ! Anne was really helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants. Thank you Anne.

FABULOUS home w/ a FANTASTIC host!!

I could probably spend a lot of time describing the home and overall experience, but in a nutshell, the home and accommodations were 1st Class!! We had 7 people in our family/party and we could have had a couple more, and never felt like we were crowded in the slightest bit. Everyone had plenty of space and there are plenty of bathrooms in the home. I also agree with one of the other reviews, that the photos - although they look great, they don't do the home enough justice.. you have to see it in person to really appreciate the home and the setting/location. You are close to many restaurants and city life, but also have all of the peace and quiet that you would ever need. We definitely recommend this home to anyone and will plan to visit again. Thanks again, Anne for your local recommendations (restaurants, etc..) and for sharing your lovely home!!

Absolutely breathtaking

Hands down one of the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The photos do not even do it justice. The home itself is laid out in such a way that any amenity required is at your fingertips. From the private bathroom for each bedroom, to the outdoor breakfast nook, to the entertainment room to the outdoor bbq/woodfire oven area. And the infinity pool - complete with stunning views. The villa is only 10 - 15 minutes from the centre of Argostoli, set on a very secure property, and so very convenient. The closest beach is about a 5 minute walk, but not an easy one so driving is a much better option (especially with kids). But with such a wonderful home, there is no need to visit the beach. Just to top it off, Anne is a wonderful host - so organised and so helpful with anything you need. If trying to decide on the accomodation for your next trip to Kefalonia, don't think twice - just book this wonderful villa. You will not be disappointed.

I am originally from Scotland but have lived on the island for the past 30 years. I am married to a local and we have a jewellery business in Argostoli Town. I came to work on Kefalonia for a British tour operator before marrying and starting my family. I have 2 children who are currently both studying at university in the UK. In the winter I love to travel and generally get back to visit my family at a couple of times a year. Kefalonia is a great place to live and I love the busy hot summers as much as the quiet cool winters.

Why they chose this property

The villa is just so conveniently located for sight seeing and visiting nearby beaches. The main town is close enough to enjoy a night out if you want or need anything from the larger market when shopping. The proximity to the airport, which has only a small number of flights daily, make your arrival and departure days all the more stress free and easy. The views are wonderful from the house, we love to watch boats coming and going and the sunsets are worth staying home for. The villa is very well equipped and has a private pool with BBQ area. The property is finished to a high standard and offers more than the average villa rental.

What makes this property unique

This is a new property which is well designed and finished to a high standard. Not built as a holiday rental but for the owners family it is decorated tastefully, is very well equipped and offers a lot more than the usual holiday rental. The sea views have the wow factor and the infinity pool and outside spaces offer a really great location for relaxing. No one ever wants to leave when it’s time to go home!
