If you’re looking for a quiet, no hassle get-a-way---this is your place! This condo is a ground level unit, so you are just steps away from your reserved parking space. Unloading your groceries and luggage is a breeze because you are so close to your front door. The condominium complex is laid back and conveniently located to many attractions on the island. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked if you’d like to stay in and cook. But, you are also very close (walking distance) to some of the best restaurants/bars for fresh seafood, burgers, sushi, Mexican cuisine, pizza and more! If you like live music while listening to the sounds of the ocean, we’ve got that too! You are just 1 block to the beach and we provide beach chairs, kid’s toys and beach towels!

This updated beach themed North Padre Island condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath that will sleep 6 people. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam toppers and the brand new sofa has a pull out, queen size memory foam mattress. This unit is family friendly with each bedroom having its own bathroom and walk-in closets. The guest bath can be shared with the living area or closed off for two master suites. All of the linens are provided, so you just need to bring your bathing suit and picnic basket for a day at the beach.

When you come back from the beach, you can enjoy the resort style amenities that include a pool, hot tub, sauna, full service fitness center, business center, car rinse station, horseshoe pits, wood bbq areas, an outdoor gazebo and pond—making this the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the salt life. You can also sit on your private balcony and enjoy the salty air. North Padre Island is also home to some of the best salt-water fishing in the state of Texas.

Excellent Trip

We had a blast this weekend in Corpus to visit the TAMU CC campus. Everything was really clean and we had everything we needed from coffee to beach chairs for our free day. We went to several restaurants within a couple of minutes and spent an afternoon on the beach right down the street. Would recommend and would return when we come back to Corpus!

Overall I can see why this condo is highly reviewed. Communication with the owner was stellar at all times. Had zero issues with the unit other than the heavy footed neighbors upstairs. The condo has everything one might need and then some. Literally just picked up groceries and enjoyed ourselves. The pool facilities are just as nice. We just found a little home away from home when we come down.

Reserved parking to first floor unit is the bomb when unloading. Plenty of parking for our adult children & super close to the beach. Much prefer this over hotel chaos and crowd for Beach to Bay weekend. Owners were responsive to a maintenance snag. The difference from Good to Excellent was a) the sofa sleeper is tired - rough sleeping for my 6-foot-tall son & b) upstairs neighbors tromping around made for annoying ceiling noises in the evening. Certainly would stay again for a chill weekend getaway.

Beautiful place!

Awesome property! Got to enjoy the beach! Even had a campfire in the evening with s’mores and hotdogs. Beach is very laid back. Kids really enjoyed the pool and met kids from other families. Property felt very safe and not too crowded. Plenty of extra parking. Condo itself had everything we needed and is very nice. A/C works great!!

Beach Time

We had a great experience. The host was easy to contact, the property was clean and well kept. Having a designated parking spot was nice. Property is close to the beach. You can walk to the beach; it takes around 7-8 minutes, or you can drive just a few minutes and park in a public lot. Great experience overall.

Great condo!

Stayed 2 nights. Close to beach. Rented a golf cart and it was perfect to go to beach on. Didn’t use pool area. Only suggestion is to have a couple more bath towels instead of just 3 in each bathroom and knobs to change water temperature in showers are hard to turn. Otherwise this condo is very nice!

Great beach condo

This condo is lovely, very clean and nicely decorated without a lot of extra knick knacks. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, butter and even sodas! My only complaint-we only had 1 dish towel! We forgot our beach toys, but they were provided along with beach chairs and boogie boards - which my grandson loved. The beds are very comfortable. Trish was very attentive and helpful and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
