Families choose and return to our condo over others in Portofino because it’s setup as a 2nd home so you feel like a guest and not a renter. We include things no one else does such as dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, softener, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foil and plastic bags you need for 1 week as well as more than 1 roll of toilet paper! This is why we have 200+ 5 Star Reviews! Also, all the Mattresses/Pillow Cases have Hypoallergenic anti-bedbug zippered covers.

My wife and I stayed fell in love with this resort because it is just that...a Resort not just a building with condos, so we bought a unit. Since then, we have made numerous upgrades/improvements including: New Furniture w/Memory Foam Mattresses, New Frameless Shower Door, New Appliances, New Huge Smart TV's, New Dining Room Table, New sectional, New Outdoor Furniture, Refurbished Outdoor Grill and the list goes on! We also replace worn out items soon as possible. We do this 1-2x/year to make sure always up to the highest standards!

The large Master Suite has direct access to the balcony and Master Bathroom with large closets, dual sinks, garden tub, stand-up shower and separate private commode. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen and Twin bed to accommodate 3 people as well as its own private bathroom...this room also has direct access to the balcony and great views. The Master has a 65" TV and the Living room has a 75" TV with a Sony Playstation 4 with controllers & games. 2nd bedroom has a 55” TV and 2nd game console as well. There is a large dining table for 6, plus 3 barstools and the large kitchen has all the necessary household items for cooking, etc. The Combo Coffee Maker has a regular coffee maker/pot as well as brews with Keurig coffee pods (I leave you some to enjoy your first morning)!!! We loved this unit because it overlooks the 2 outdoor pools as well as the water/sound so you can keep an eye out on everything going on and its the shortest walk to the restaurant, coffee shop, gym, sound, ferry, etc. The Portofino Tram runs between the buildings and the beach to help you get there with minimal effort during summer time.

Although the unit can sleep 5 in beds, Portofino limit is 6 guests in a 2br unit..,toss the little one on the comfy sofa!!!

I purchased 4 Beach Chairs and Umbrella for our own use but will leave in an unlocked closet for renters to use as well (please rinse off after each use and put back in closet). There are also a few other beach toys/accessories in there.
