Comfy Cozy Convenient Condo in Baylor Bubble/near All Things Magnolia, Downtown

Our cozy, convenient, comfortable condo is located in the Baylor Bubble and provides all the comforts of home with the convenience of location for couples, families, and groups who want to enjoy the sites of Waco. Located within walking distance of Baylor University and the popular Common Grounds, you can relax within the security of a gated courtyard and a gated private patio. A gas grill is provided with plenty of propane for your grilling pleasure. There is a large screen television with cable and high-speed internet service. Enjoy cooking healthy, tasty, and economical meals in the newly remodeled full kitchen with a reverse osmosis water filter for pure healthier and tastier drinking water. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

We have two bedrooms to sleep four people in real beds (one king and one queen). "Insanely comfortable!" to quote a guest. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, and there is a half bath located downstairs.

Our condo is ideally situated for all Baylor events, and minutes away from Waco’s delicious downtown restaurants, Magnolia Market, Magnolia Table, Cameron Park, Lake Waco, BSR Cable Park, and so much more. Easy access to IH-35 for quick transportation anywhere in Waco, and (during the Baylor fall and spring semesters) a Baylor Trolley stop within half a block for an easy ride around Baylor or into downtown Waco where you can catch the Silo Trolley.

Very much enjoyed our 2 nights stay! Condo was super clean, easy to check in and in a fantastic location close to Baylor University. We were traveling with our teenage daughter and really appreciated both bedrooms had their own on-suite bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay very closes to Baylor!

Absolutely loved this place and it's proximity to Baylor. Jan quickly responded when there was an issue with VRBO not sending check-in info. The place itself was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I as we attended orientation and Line Camp. It was clean, beds were comfy, quiet neighborhood, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Would definitely stay here again,

Great little home away from home. Very clean and well appointed.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town to go to the game with friends and visit with our college kids. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare meals with the comfort of home. It was a surprisingly quiet complex. Jan was a gracious hostess and thought of everything. Great experience.

A Waco delight!

We stayed for two weeks at Comfy Cozy and truly enjoyed the condo, location, and all the comforts of home. Our stay happened to be the coldest weeks of the year, we were grateful for Jan’s extreme weather alert text providing instructions to prevent pipes from freezing; no problem whatsoever. Parking was never a problem, easy access to campus, restaurants, downtown, and I-35. Definitely a repeat.

Perfect!

I write a lot of room reviews (on other sites) and I think only once or twice have I used that word. This place was very quiet, very clean, very comfortable. Lots of space, with two large bedrooms upstairs, a huge kitchen and very well furnished living room, including a huge flat screen. Ample off street parking and security gate at condo entry. It was truly a home away.

Wonderful Gracious Hosts!

I can't say enough good things about our kind hosts and their condo. It is a cute spacious well decorated and comfortable condo with all the amenities including washer and dryers. The beds were really comfortable and the condo was spotlessly clean. It is an older building but well maintained and in great shape. The Hosts were amazing! They live next door (but were not intrusive at all ) so provided us with driving services to and from the very busy Homecoming football game and even offered to pick us up late if we stayed out! As well as had wonderful treats when we arrived. Fresh fruit, muffins as well as orchard crisp apple cider chilling in the fridge. It truly was a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back.

Home Away From Home

This was a mother-daughter trip to Waco to see, of course, all things Magnolia. We had weather delays that made us miss our first day in Waco, but walking into the Cozy Cottage the next day took all that stress away. First, we were greeted by Jan (who lives next door) with a hug, which is exactly what we needed! The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Jan has provided everything to make your stay hassle-free. We didn't do any cooking at the condo, but the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary gadgets & gizmos if we had wanted to. What really surprised me was how quiet it was. The condo was very soundproof, not just from the neighbors, but within the condo itself. I'm not sure when we'll be back in Waco, but we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Jan for everything!!!!

Girls Trip

I looked at many properties while planning this vacation for myself and two friends. I kept going back to Jan’s property however because of how homey and comforting it looked. It ended up being the best decision I could have made. And for the amount of space it was a bargain. The home was lovely and all the furnishing were comfortable. If I go back to Waco hopefully this place will be available again.
