Located in the exclusive Parador area of Nerja, with access on foot to the famous Burriana beach and on foot to the Balcón de Europa.

The best thing is its excellent ideal location to enjoy the charms of Nerja, sun, beach, gastronomy and Andalusian atmosphere, with all the necessary services for your vacations.

The house has a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms with capacity from 1 to 4 people, distributed over two floors. Fully equipped kitchens and terrace.

lovely accommodation in perfect setting

the villa/house is modern, comfortable and set in very peaceful ,beautifully kept surroundings. would recommend. sunbeds would be a bonus.

Smooth and easy

Very nice location, surroundings and neighbours. It all went smooth and easy, the booking, payment and transfer. The beds in the house were very old. We could feel the springs in our backs while sleeping. It would be nice if there werw some basic things in the house when arriving, such as some spices, toiletpaper and soap in bouth toilets. We have still not recived our deposit back and we have been home for allmost a week.

lovely property overlooking pool

wonderful property in a perfect location. close to beach , shops , bars and restaurants and only a 10-15 walk to town. pool is lovely and well maintained. would recommend. property would benefit from having a couple of sunbeds.

Un alojamiento agradable

Nos han gustado la ubicación muy cerca de la playa que nos necesita el coché, el aire acondicionado indispensable y el barrio que es tranquilo. Falta un sitio para aparcar el coche y para la casa 70 más sitio para comer fuera de l'antenne de la casa.
