Villa Sonne is located in a quiet villa resort halfway between Vodnjan and Juršići, 15km away from the Pula airport, a 15-minute drive from Pula city, and a 20-minute drive from Rovinj.

Here you will not enjoy the great luxury, but the charm of the traditional Istrian landscape, the spacious rooms, the large yard, the 32m2 swimming pool, and the barbecue that is perfect for large groups of guests.

6 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas will help you enjoy the sun even on the hottest days, and the pool is there to provide refreshments.

In the house you will find everything needed for a relaxed vacation:
- 4 bedrooms: the first one on the ground floor has direct access to the yard, while 2 bedrooms on the first floor share a spacious balcony; and there's also a 4th bedroom with a big window
- 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower
- 2x Air conditioning devices

In the kitchen, you will not miss anything because there are all the necessary facilities:

Lovely vacation spot

It is a wonderful place and a wonderful house. The complex has a nice feeling to it with nice common areas for kids and adults to play. Location is great - close to many sights and cities on Istria but still in the countryside. Only minus for us was that some neighbors were listening to music all day long, and one night some were throwing a party. Check-in/out and communication with manager and owner super easy. When there were issues with the umbrellas, we got quick responses and the issues were fixed immediately.

Das Haus war sauber, der Garten sehr gut gepflegt, die Anlage sehr schön angelegt, der Pool hat eine tolle Größe. Tennisplatz, Basketball und Tischtennis haben uns viel Spaß bereitet. Leider gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ohne Auto, aber das wussten wir vorher.Wir würden wieder kommen.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Ein paar Tage vor unserer Anreise kontaktierte uns die Kollegin der Hausverwaltung vor Ort und teilte uns alles Wichtige für unsere Ankuft mit. Der positive Eindruck den wir bei der Ankunft von dem weiträumigen Gelände, dem erfrischenden Pool, den gepflegten Liegen und dem Grill hatten hat sich im Haus nur fortgesetzt. Alles war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und funktionstüchtig. Die dazu bestellten Kinderbetten standen bereit und zusätzliche waren noch 2 Kinderstühle vorhanden. Mit 2 Kühlschränken, der seperaten Vorratskammer und einer ausreichend ausgestatteten Küche konnten wir uns 10 Tage gut versorgen. Durch 2 Klimaanlagen konnte man ein angenehmes Klima im Haus schaffen. Problembehebung (eine kaputte Kaffeemaschine) erfolgte promt am gleichen Tag. Die Umgebung bestand aus der Anlage mit ca 20 ähnlichen Ferienhäusern. Da diese direkt in der Nachbarschaft liegen hört man natürlich von dort Stimmen und Gelächter, das war aber in keinster Weise störend und mehr als freundliches Grüße hatten wir keinen Kontakt mit den Nachbarn. Ein gut erhaltener Kinderspielplatz befindet sich in direkter Nachbarschaft, sowie ein etwas ungepflegter Tennisplatz mit Basketballkorb. Zum rumgeigeln hat es uns gereicht und mehr wollten wir auch nicht. In den nächsten Ort zum Bäcker, Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fährt man mit dem Auto mind. 5 Minuten überland. Dort gibt es dann aber einiges zu entdecken.

Tolles Ferienhaus! Toller Service!

Es ist alles vorhanden für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Es fängt schon bei der Küchenausstattung an - es ist alles da von genügend Besteck/ Geschirr sowie selbst einige Spültabs für Geschirrspüler… Handtücher, Bettwäsche - sodass man gleich loslegen kann seinen Urlaub zu genießen. Selbst wenn es mal kleine Ausfälle (TV) gab, hatte man immer eine lösungsorientierte Kontaktperson, die falls nötig auch zeitnah einen Service Mitarbeiter vorbeischickte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder😀
