This charming apartment is located on the first floor of a cozy private apartment with a private stairs. The property has been restored with excellent finishes, decentral heating and air conditioning. It consists of a small kitchen, fridge, microwaves. Three elegant double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twins. The interiors of this elegant and refined apartment.
The apartment can be reached from Marco Polo airport by motorboat Alilaguna orange line stop Sant'Angelo. By rail or Piazzale Roma by ACTV ferry line 2, stop San Samuele. Via water taxi stop San Samuele.
A gondola service to the 18th century in the district of Dorsoduro and the 'Ferry' to 'Garzoni' which leads to SaToma, in the district of San Polo.

The accommodation was beautifully clean, well appointed and well-provisioned. The central location, on a peaceful street, was a great combination permitting us to explore this glorious city. The hosts were excellent - providing advice and guidance throughout our stay. It was also very helpful to be met, from the waterside, upon arrival in Venice.

Cozy with Super Location.

Carlo and Maria were amazing hosts and helped us each step of the way. The home was welcoming and practical. It was close to everything with many shops and restaurants to explore. Highly recommend.

Adriano met us at the water bus stop and walked us to the apartment. He was very helpful! He showed us on a map where places to visit are, in comparison to where the apartment is. He also showed us a spot to go to when the crowds got to be a little much.The location of the apartment is excellent because it is in an out-of-the-way spot, but still close to good eateries, some shopping and walking distance to most places.The communication with Maria was excellent! She made sure we were settled in well, and she even gave us suggestions of places to eat.We would stay here again without hesitation!

Can’t beat the location!!

Had a great time at Maria and Carlo’s place. Such a treat to have Carlo meet us when we arrived, give us an understanding of surroundings, and recommendations since it was our first time. Appreciated them arranging water taxis to and from the train station as well. Would totally stay again!

Perfect stay in Venice!

Carlo and Maria are the most gracious host! Their communication was completely proactive and they helped to line up transportation from the airport to the island and from the water bus stop to the house. It’s easy to get lost in the streets, so this was beyond appreciated. From there, it was terrific advice and directions to make the most of our stay. We can’t thank them enough.

Stayed for a few nights with our kids (6 and 8) and we were completely comfortable. Great hosts who were very helpful and accommodating. Nice, quiet location that was still close to everything.

Amazing location

First of all the hostesses were super nice explaining everything about the city and the house. The house has a good location, everything was clean and the temperature inside the house perfect. Our family spent a great time here! We recommend!

A gem in the heart of Venice

Beautiful property in the heart of Venice. The property owners were very responsive and so helpful with advice on sights to see, and helping us with transportation. The property itself was clean and the beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for house in Venicee

We truly enjoyed out stay in Venice. The house was excellently located and walking distance to all of the city highlights. House was in excellent condition and Maria was a very hospitable host. I definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location. Right next to San Samuele vaparetto stop, and sits right between Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. Host was very helpful with my questions.

The hosts were very responsive and informative. The property was in an ideal location. The listing is slightly misleading - this is a small flat and the photos gave the impression that it was larger. Travellers with limited mobility should not consider this property due to the steep stairs that lead up from the entry way to the main floor. Nonetheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice.

Great location, great hosts

First time in Venice, traveling with spouse and two adult daughters. The apartment was beautiful and in a wonderful location within walking distance of basically everything you’d want to see and do. Maria and Carlo couldn’t have been more delightful. Highly recommend!

Great location and amazing hosts

The host met us at the water taxi and walked us back to the apartment. They even walked us to the correct water bus for the soccer game we were attending that afternoon and gave us tips for our trip. Communications was excellent.My one criticism is that the pictures online make it look like each bedroom has a bathroom en suite which is not the case.
