This large and bright apartment is located in a residential area of Venice, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the city like a local, thanks also to the outdoor space will allow you to enjoy the warm sunny days in the intimacy of home.
The apartment has three levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. Taken care of in every detail and tastefully furnished, this property has a private elevator to comfortably reach the upper floor of the house. With underfloor heating, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, unlimited wi-fi, hair dryer, television, anti-mosquitos electric devices, iron as well as all appliances in the kitchen,it will allow you to feel at home but in a unique setting as the city of Venice.
On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower, on the first floor there is an additional living room with large kitchen,
a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and on the top floor, reachable only by stairs, there is an attic room with double sofa bed and a desk.
Just 10 minutes from the train station Santa Lucia, you will be in one of the areas with the best wine bars and taverns, Fondamenta Dei Ormesini and Misericordia. With a short walk, you can get to the Jewish Ghetto. Also, a well stocked supermarket is located 50m away, for your daily needs.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night. Pets are not allowed.

Cute space, quiet area

The apartment was very modern and clean and located in a more quiet area of Venice. I was a little disappointed in the communication from the rental company though. Initially, they had offered options for airport transfer and other tours but when I asked for more information, it took days to even get a response and then they never actually offered anything (just suggested a boat taxi as the best option for airport transfer).

Peaceful and comfortable

The property was exactly as pictured. Located in a quiet area close to a local supermarket. We had a family of seven and we all slept comfortably. The location allows you to see much more of the typical Venice living as it is not too close to all the touristy hustle and bustle. We would stay there again for sure.
