Our lovely Mallorquin country home is situated just 900m from the Pollensa golf course in a much sought after area of Pollensa, famous for it's tranquillity and the beauty of the surrounding countryside. It has gorgeous open views of the surrounding Tramuntana mountain range which is a world heritage site. The private pool (8x4m) is set in a pretty, very large, garden with many mature fruit and olive trees.. The pool has an automatic pool cover and is heated during the cooler months (at extra cost). There is an outdoor kitchen with a built in barbecue, a gas hob, a wood burning oven and a covered porch for you to enjoy your meals alfresco.

Our home is set out on two floors, with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a bathroom (separate bath and separate shower) on the top floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor next to a bathroom with a large walk in shower,

There is a minimum booking of 4 nights. It is possible to book for only 1, 2 or 3 nights if you agree to pay the minimum price of 4 nights.

All items have been considered in preparing the villa for modern day living including fully kitted kitchen (including a coffee machine), wifi, 65” flatscreen TV and blue tooth and wifi enabled sound systems. The hub of your social activity is likely to be around the al fresco dining, bbq and swimming pool area. The lighting outside creates a very chilled ambiance at night, a joy to spend lazy evenings cooking on the BBQ with the great facilities that make for many perfect evenings relaxing with the family.

The house is easy to find, as it is very close to the Pollensa Golf course that also has a top quality restaurant and bar and is about 900m away from the villa.

A perfect place for a family holiday or for a group of friends looking for a peaceful, private location. Close to famous Mallorcan cycling routes and 10 minutes from beaches. Children may play in the garden or swim in our pool whilst parents can supervise from the bbq area when enjoying a drink or while dining. The fresh smell of pine trees in the evening is amazing. You can enjoy the magical mountains as they change colour during sunset with a sundowner in your hand. We offer guests as many home comforts as possible whilst they stay at our home, including beach towels for guests to use..

Superb villa with great facilities and location

Fantastic villa !

We had a great 2 week holiday in this fantastic villa. From the 65" TV to the well equipped kitchen to the outside area with BBQ, pool & table tennis - it's a villa to relax in! Supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes drive away in Pollenca, with several beaches close by as well. Communication with the owner with fast and efficient. An all round great place to stay in Mallorca !

A total gem

This property is just great. Away from the mass tourism of Mallorca in a beautiful rural setting but still close and accessible to everything. Immaculate and well-appointed , conducive to spending time with family. Paula has literally thought of everything and in the event she has not is in easy contact (her personal guidebook she includes with the house instructions is better, more informative than any commercial one). Really fortunate that the owners have opened their beautiful home to let.

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday

Villa Milagro fulfilled everything we needed for a relaxing holiday in terms of location and accommodation. The pool and air conditioning provided a respite from sunbathing when it became too hot! A fully functional kitchen and outdoor bar/kitchen area made it easy to enjoy eating in between eating out at the good selection of retaurants in Pollensa. With a car, the villa is in easy access to Pollensa old town. Pollensa Port and supermarkets. Our sons enjoyed a round at the nearby golf club and we enjoyed wine tasting at an excellent vineyard just 10 minutes drive away. Spacious house with heated pool, complete privacy

The house is spacious with a large large Mediterranean-style garden. The pool is large and can be heated up to 34 C, which is really useful in March. Good equipment for both house (kitchen) and gardens (table tennis, lots of sun loungers, several garden seating, hammock). Located in a quiet part of the island, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Car is a must, no shop or restaurant within walking distance (5 minutes drive to Pollenca). The house was a bit cold in March (even the floors), we had to have the heating (air-conn) on which was a bit noisy in the nights, slippers recommended. Communication with the owner excellent, efficient and fast.

Very nice location for family vacations

The owner was very welcoming and responsive on all our questions and requests. The location is very beautiful with a great infrastructure to offer for families with pool, bbq, pizza oven, table tennis and other outdoor and indoor games. It has a nice garden with plenty of fruit trees like apples, plums, figues, almonds, grapes, cactus fruits, and many more. We very much liked this place

Toll ausgestattes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig etwas außerhalb von Pollenca und bietet absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Der beheizbare Pool ist in der Übergangszeit sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet. Paula ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die bereitwillig auf Fragen aller Art eingeht (in unserem Fall z.B. lokale Möglichkeiten für Corona Tests) und stets Lösungen findet. Sowohl der Check-In als auch der Check-Out waren unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Anwesen.

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen in zentraler Lage. Von hier aus ist man in ein paar Minuten in Pollenca oder in Alcudia zum shoppen, oder zum schwimmen am Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und für uns (5Personen) optimal von der Raumaufteilung.

Wonderful villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 days at the villa. It is a very well equipped, well furnished property in a private,quiet location. The views are beautiful and the pool and verandas spacious with plenty of space to relax on the plentiful sun beds. The outside kitchen is excellent and there are 2 lots of tables and chairs to dine at. We found it perfect for our little ones. We did pay to heat the pool and it was well worth it as they enjoyed it so much along with the pool toys that were available. We did have a couple of slight hitches but these were quickly and efficiently dealt with. Paula was a pleasure to deal with. We will hopefully return in the future to enjoy this lovely part of Majorca. Pollença is only a short drive away and there are lots of places to visit within 20 to 30 minutes. Do use insect repellent outside though as we experienced several bites.

Great property and we loved the location, scenery, and amenities, including fresh fruit trees... Owner was great with communication and left very helpful information at the house. Would highly recommend and def would stay again. Only regret is we didn't get to see more of Mallorca.

Erg mooi huis. Mooier dan uit de foto’s blijkt. Goed zwembad en huis maakt een frisse indruk. Keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi overdekt terras naast het huis. Punt van aandacht is de airco in het huis. Deze werkte niet goed. Maar een leuke tijd gehad in dit huis.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house the moment we saw it. The openness of the land and the many different types of fruit trees as well as the many mature olive trees immediately gave us a calm feeling. We love all things spanish so this was perfect for us, especially being away from the madness of the large towns and holiday resorts. In summer we enjoy the heat and being outdoors having a bbq and watching the children have fun. In the cooler months it is also cosy , welcoming and peaceful (and at times hot too).

What makes this property unique

We love our property because it is suitable for all ages and especially suitable for children as there is plenty of outdoor space for them to play and trees to climb. Beaches are close by for kids as well as adults to enjoy.
We love cycling and golf and being so close to cycling routes and a golf course is great.
