This 3rd floor apartment is the perfect solution for any vacation rental in Tuscany. It has been newly renovated and is situated in the lively town of Viareggio. Access to the apartment is either by utilising the private lift or the historical staircase. There is a lounge with a sofa bed, separate kitchen with all the necessary as well as a small laundry corner. There are bedrooms; 1 double bedroom and 1 single room where it is possible to add a 2° single bed. There is a bathroom complete with a shower. There is also access to the private roof terrace - perfect for al fresco dining. There is air conditioning and wifi. You can park along the streets in front of the property, these parking area have a parking meter.

Schöne Wohnung mit Dachterrasse in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Sie ist ideal für 2 bis drei Personen oder eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Die Ausstattung ist gut mit funktionierendem Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, kleiner Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage in den 3 Zimmern. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen schönen Rundumblick. Ein- und Auschecken war mit den freundlichen Gastgebern unkompliziert. Für 25 Euro kann man im Kiosk oder online ein Parkticket für die Zone C kaufen.

Sehr nette Vermieter, Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage

Die Vermieter waren super freundlich, so könnte der Urlaub gut beginnen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Mit Privataufzug und -Dachterrasse hatte es schon was Exklusives. Zentrums- und strandnah (schmaler Ortsstrand). Hatten ein paar wirklich schöne Tage dort.
