Villa Marilù - Costa Smeralda

Independent villa surrounded by cork, myrtle and juniper plants, typical of the Gallura countryside.
From here you can quickly reach the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda, such as Liscia Ruja, Li Itriceddhi, La Suaredda, Capriccioli, Principe beach, etc.
The tourist ports of excellence of the Costa Smeralda, such as Porto Cervo, Baia Sardinia, Cannigione, etc. they are no more than 15 minutes away by car.


- The accommodation

The house is excellently furnished with the intention of creating a family atmosphere of well-being and comfort for all guests and is accessible both via a large staircase and by a slide. All rooms are on the same level. The veranda faces west and the sunsets are spectacular.
All windows in the house are equipped with protective mosquito nets.

The kitchen, in a separate room, contains everything needed for cooking, including dishes and cutlery. Table, chairs, microwave and dishwasher complete the furnishings. It has an independent entrance, also equipped with a mosquito net.
The room is equipped with a table (extendable as needed) with chairs, sofas, fireplace, 43 ”TV with satellite decoder.
The living area, through a hallway, is served by an independent bathroom.

The sleeping area has three bedrooms, with classic furnishings. In one of these you enter directly from the living room and has an independent bathroom.
The washing machine is on the floor, in a dedicated place, out of sight.
Face, shower and bidet towels (one set for each guest), toilet paper and hand soap are provided. A double bed set is also provided for each bed: pillows, pillowcases, sheets and bedspreads.

For any requests for changes of clean linen, such as sheets and towels or other, an additional price will be agreed on site.
Any requests for cleaning and tidying the house, even daily, can be satisfied. The price will be agreed.


- Guest access

The property (very large) is accessed through a gate with remote controlled opening. There are no parking problems.
There is a sunbathing area with deck chairs, a gazebo with table and chairs, a barbecue.
The basement area will remain reserved for the owner, as will the daily care of the land and plants around the villa. However, complete confidentiality of guests is guaranteed.
It should be noted that the villa is located in the countryside of the inner part of the Costa Smeralda where tranquility and silence combine with local flora and fauna.

- Interaction with guests

Guests are guaranteed continuous assistance and any problems will be taken into account and resolved in real time.
It is possible to communicate with the owner in Italian or English, by phone, by e-mail, messages, etc..


- Other things to highlight

Complete assistance is provided if tourist services are required in the Costa Smeralda area or in the north of Sardinia, such as boat trips, boat rentals, excursions, areas of particular interest, local festivals, etc.
