Ground floor: Front door opening into open planned living, dining and kitchen area: with sofa, TV and dining table with two chairs. Kitchen area: with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. Steep, corner stairs leading to first floor.
First floor: Double bedroom: double bed, bedside table, chest of draws and hanging space. Ensuite shower room: with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
Please note: This property has a steep staircase. No outside space. Amenities: WIFI. Iron (no ironing board). Bed linen and towels provided. One small dog allowed @ £20.00 per week. Whilst there is no parking at the property, the Cliff Road or Station car park are close by and both weekly and annual passes are available to purchase.
