I would first like to begin by thanking Ms. Cheryl Laurence for being such a magnificent host and making our stay as seamless as possible. I contacted her with short notice for a very busy Labor Day weekend and she was great at responding and walking me through the rental process.
To begin, the house was immaculate with a private parking spot. This is important because many of the rental properties require you to park your vehicle at a nearby lot, not physically on the property. After receiving the door code it was extremely easy to access the home, which had very beautiful décor and a welcoming cozy environment.
There were 3 spacious floors which included 2 bedrooms on the top floor, another bedroom on the main floor, one living/family area on the main floor, another living/family area downstairs, and a dining area. There are also 3 restrooms and the exterior included a Deck with a large gas grill for your convenience. MY FAMILY LOVED IT!!!
In addition Cheryl takes fully equipped to a whole other level. The kitchen includes everything you can possibly need for the entire weekend; pots, pans, blender, utensils, plates, cups, condiments, seasonings. The house was fully equipped with enough linen for an entire family with much to spare. The lower family room had enough toys and videos games to keep the kids entertained when we were not enjoying the area.
The community pool was also beautiful and refreshing not to mention the fact that the property is literally 2 minutes away from Camel Back’s water parks and skiing (depending on the season), 5-7 minutes away from the Pocono Outlets (GREAT SHOPPING), and literally 10 minutes away from restaurants and large supermarkets. THINGS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE CONVENIENT…..
I will definitely return and recommend this property to anyone who is seeking an immaculate and comfortable experience in a beautiful home!!!
