Great few days away

Accommodation was of a good standard, very clean with a nice pool. In a quiet location with four restaurants within walking distance. Good Wi fi signal Steffano was very helpful and responded to any queries quickly. As we had a late pm flight home, and there was no booking that day we were able to keep accommodation on with no fuss which made our day. Weather in Sardinia in April / May was wet but we made the most of it. Car hire is essential We would stay here again

6/10 Okay

Nice but restrictive!

The house and the location were nice (the pool is definetely a plus) but we found the rules of staying there guite restrictive: IF you want the guarantee money to be returned to you, you do have to wash all the dishes before you leave(i mean who puts something like that on the contract?!), leave NO rubish anywhere, use the pool in very specific hours, and also check out before 9.00 am. Not to mention that the towels and bed linen are not included in the price and are extra charged (who charges bed linen?!). All in all, it is a beautiful house but so restrictive that one cannot actually fully enjoy a stay there.
