The apartment is located in a slightly hilly area 5 minutes by car from the center and the beach and is located on the ground floor of a 2-storey villa, with exclusive availability of a large outdoor terrace, partially covered and equipped with a large dining table ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners with friends.
Green space with wonderful sea view and with PRIVATE swimming pool for exclusive use. Deck chairs and outdoor shower. Ideal location for lovers of relaxation and nature.

Very nice house with pool and view

We had a very nice stay at the house. There is nobody living in the upper part of the house so we had privacy and quietness. We had no car but it was no problem walking downhill to Porto San Paolo (17 minutes downhill to the supermarket, 19 minutes uphill). The house has all you need, including two bathrooms and plenty of room for clothes etc. and a fabulous view of Tavolara. The private swimmingpool was exquisit. There were some really nice restaurants in the town, even one with a Michelin star. A suggestion for the owner could be to do a portofolio of excursions, restaurants and practical information about trash etc.

Sardinia villa

The property was in a great location for views of the coast. The pool and outside area was lovely. The apartment is rustic and could do with some upgrading such as the shower that was very small with limited drainage from the start. Communication from the owner was poor. We were not given instruction on how to access the property until we had arrived in Sardinia, which caused much anxiety as to the legitimacy of our booking. We were a late arrival, however, that is no excuse for a lack of information despite repeated requests over the preceeding few days and on the day of arrival. The cleaner kindly gave us some information. This should hqve been presented by the owner, such as waste disposal, lighting operation, facilities locally.

Great week's stay

We had a lovely weeks holiday in this house. The outside of the property was fantastic. The pool is large and very clean with great view, mature trees and plenty of chairs and sun beds. We really liked the covered areas and large dining table. The house worked really well for us with 4 adults and one child. My daughter slept on the sofa (even though there was a day bed available) and she said it was very comfortable. All the rooms had portable fans which we used and the kitchen was very well equipped. The north part of the island has many great beaches but we spent most of our time at the house and in the lovely pool. There were not a lot of historical places to visit - you are really coming to this part of Sardinia for the beaches. The road up to the house is VERY steep so a car is essential. All logistics for the house worked fine but normally with Home Away we receive a lot of good information in advance of the stay about the house, restaurants, surrounding area, things to do etc but we did not receive any of this. We would definitely recommend this house.

Super Lage mit phantastischer Aussicht

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war gut. Die Küche hatte einen Herd (ohne Backofen), eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und ausreichend Geschirr. Vermisst haben wir ein Schneidebrett und Geschirrtücher. Die Gaszufuhr funktionierte erst nach 2 Tagen. Die Schlafzimmer waren ok. Super dass es Fliegengitter an den Fenstern gab. Die beiden Bäder waren alt, aber sauber. Warmes Wasser gabs zuerst nicht, da wir nicht wussten, dass wir einen Boiler im Hauswirtschaftsraum anschalten mussten. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Großer Pool, ein großer Tisch mit ausreichend Sühlen und 4 Sonnenliegen aus Holz. Vermisst haben wir die Auflagen für die Liegen und Stühle (selbst mitbringen ist bei einer Flugreise nicht machbar). Preis/Leistungsverhältnis: für die Ausstattung etwas zu teuer.

Un'oasi di pace e silenzio

Un'oasi di pace e silenzio dove rifugiarsi per sfuggire al caldo torrido e all'affollamento delle spiagge. La vista dal giardino della proprietà sull'isola di Tavolara è incantevole. La casa è bella, molto fresca e silenziosa. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato molto la piscina ed il bel tavolo in legno sotto il porticato. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile e prodigo di consigli che ci hanno permesso di vivere al meglio il nostro soggiorno.

Ein herrliches Objekt mit Privatpool

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Pool, die Aussicht, die schattige Terrasse und die Lage sind ein absolutes Highlight! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage, super Pool, schöner großer Außenbereich

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 8 und 12 Jahre alt) über Pfingsten im Appartement und hatten das ganze Anwesen für uns alleine. Pool und Aussicht sind klasse und das Appartement sehr geräumig (die Dusche allerdings etwas klein :-)). Der Pool wurde in 14 Tagen zwei mal gereinigt und auch der Garten einmal gepflegt. Absolut tadellos. Check-In und -Out liefen auch total entspannt und Alessandro hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Alles in allem war es toll!

Erholung pur

Alessandro ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation verlief von Beginn an reibungslos. Fragen hat er sofort beantwortet und immer eine Lösung parat. Das Ferienhaus ist klasse eingerichtet, alles ist ausreichend vorhanden. Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, den wir jeden Tag genutzt und genossen haben. Von der Unterkunft sind die schönen Strände schnell erreichbar. Alles rundherum top, ich kann die Unterkunft und Gastgeber nur empfehlen.

Semaine agréable à San Paolo

La maison est bien placée au calme , au rdc d’une maison mais aucun habitant au dessus (non utilisé). Les équipements sont basiques mais suffisant pour profiter pleinement. La situation de la piscine et du jardin sont très agréable avec une belle vue. Location conforme à l’annonce et Alessandro très disponible et attentif à nos besoins. Un joli séjour pour nous !
