Lorenzo was a great host. Very attentive following up to see if we needed anything. Great location close to a big train station. Very convenient for our comings and goings to Cinque Terre. The sofa bed was firm. That was perfect for me. I usually find them lumpy or too soft on other properties.

Overall experience was good. The bathroom is one step lower and it would be safer to install some light indicator so tenant won't trip at night. The place is close to the road and it can get a little noisy at night.

Great apartment in La Spezia

We used the apartment to travel to the Cinque Terre and Porto Venere mainly. However we were surprised to see how nice the city centre of la Spezia is as well. We stayed for 11 nights, the host facilitated us with new bedding during this team, and we had great contact during our stay. The host is very kind and also gave us some tips for restaurants for example. The apartment is nice and large, with a separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This was very welcome for our longer stay. The bed was also good and air conditioning was useful at night after the warmer days. The train station is only 5 minutes by foot, the city centre about 10-15. The only negative is that the the listing shows up as if there is a washing machine available at the apartment. This was unfortunately not the case, which was a pity since this was one of the reasons to choose the apartment. I would suggest removing this from the listing. All in all, the apartment was great though and I would recommend it.

Wir wurden vom Gastgeber persönlich und sehr freundlich empfangen, durch das Apartment geführt und bekamen auch Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (zu Fuß 10 Min. bis zum Bahnhof und 15 Min. in die Altstadt) an einer lebhaften Hauptstraße. Der Straßenlärm ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber nicht mehr zu hören. Im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gibt es Klimaanlagen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen (außer Toaster) eingerichtet. Ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach ist vorhanden. Kleiderschrank und Kommoden bieten genügend Platz. Alles war sauber. Die Betreuung des Gastgebers Lorenzo war super und bei Fragen gab es prompte Antworten. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es optimal und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der für Fragen immer zur Verfügung stand.Gute Lage, ca. 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, von dem aus man die Cinque Terre sehr gut erreichen kann, Bus praktisch vor der Haustür. Zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum (Gastronomie) ca. 15 Minuten.Gut isolierte Fenster und gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.Quartier ist sehr zu empfehlen!

tolles Appartement

Die Kommunikation mit Lorenzo unserem Vermieter war sehr gut. Auch sein Tip wo wir gut essen gehen können war super. Das Appartement liegt zwar in einem Multi-Kulti-Viertel aber es war richtig modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Da das Haus an einer sehr verkehrsreichen Straße liegt waren wir froh, dass unsere Fenster und der Balkon zu den andere Seiten raus gingen. Optimal war, dass die Bushaltestellen nur 70 m weg war und der Supermarkt war auch um die Ecke. Vielen Dank nochmal an Lorenzo.

Appartement proche de la gare, donc idéal pour aller visiter les 5 terres. Le proprio est sympa et tout s'est bien passé, l'appart était clean et fonctionnel
