There is some leeway on the day that you can access the villa - doesn't necessarily need to be a Saturday to Saturday but please make a general enquiry first before trying to book if you require a day other than a Saturday.
Fully Licensed, beautiful contemporary 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private south facing pool. Located in a quiet area with stunning views across the valley to the Montgo Mountain, yet within walking distance of Moraira town centre and beach. 1 mile to Moraira (1.1 mile if we're being totally honest!) This stunning villa completely renovated in a contemporary style maintains its 'Moraira villa' character, providing a perfect holiday home for all the family. .

• €200 cleaning fee payable locally
• UK satellite and European satellite TV (57”samsung ‘smart’ TV), Free Wifi, air-conditioning in all bedrooms and lounges. Aiwa bluetooth speaker for music.
• Large contemporary style pool terrace with outside shower and large brick built BBQ. Pool and terrace light up automatically at night. Several areas to sit and chill!

The property is on two levels with the first floor being on the same level as the pool.
• First level consists of large lounge, dining area with seating for eight, kitchen, master bedroom (with superkingsize bed) and large ensuite bathroom, twin bedroom and further bathroom. Outside on this level is a balcony area (Naya) - rattan furniture with 3rd dining area overlooking the hills perfect for whiling away the balmy evenings with a glass of wine and your favourite music. Large dining area with seating for 8 by the pool. Eight sunbeds provided round the pool. Sun all day round the pool terrace. Four sun umbrellas provided.
Separate secluded area to the side of the villa in the shade for quiet relaxation.
• Ground level consists of lounge with kitchenette, dining table for four, sofa bed - to provide fifth bedroom if twin not being shared, very large bedroom with kingsize bed, 3rd bathroom with shower, twin bedroom. This can be a self contained unit as it has its own private access via external stairs. Kitchenette contains fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle, crockery & cutlery etc.
• Games table with football, snooker, table tennis and ice hockey for the children together with many children's games, beach and picnic equipment.
Towels, beach towels and all bedlinen provided free of charge
No extra charge for Wifi or air conditioning
Nearest bar and restaurant (‘Bar 21’) 10 minutes walk. Moraira centre - 15 -20 min walk. (1 mile)
Travel cot and highchair can be hired on request

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay in Patricias house. Everything was really spotless, and the outside area, where we spend most of our time was perfect The pool had a very good size. The location of the vila was really nice, beautiful and quiet surroundings, but at the same time a very short distance to both the beach and city centre

A beautiful villa with stunning views, ideal for a large family or two separate families as the villa is very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with a lovely living space. The pool is in an ideal place and has sun throughout the whole day. Owners and manager were easy to communicate with and available if needed. Overall a great holiday. Thanks Trisha .

Just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay, 2 families of 3 & 4 people. Communication before, during and after with Trisha (and her management company) was first rate and very welcome. The villa is extremely well laid out and clean with very useful instructions on the area, villa and local towns provided in a folder. Would fully recommend and will definitely consider returning in the future.

Just perfect - as long as you don't mind a short walk to the pubs/restaurants!

What a lovely property. Everything you could possibly need and an amazing outside space. Even if you want to sit in the shade it's still comfy and you're still with the rest of the group who want to be in the sun and around the pool. Clean bathrooms and modern, everything you need in the kitchen... the hill down to the town we were already aware of and happy to do but just remember to book a taxi if you don't want to walk it!! Perfection. Thank you.

Wicked week in Moraira

We spent the week here in the most gorgeous luxurious home as two families, us as grandparents in our downstairs separate apartment and with my son, his wife and two boys under 5 upstairs in the main part of the home. We had just the best time and every aspect was considered. The villa was well stocked with equipment and utensils, condiments, and pool and beach toys! What a bonus. The pool was perfect and the management organisation was so helpful and responsive The villa was so well located for the beach the town and even moving further afield to Jávea! Thank you Trish for sharing your home with us. We will most definitely be back and will recommend to our families and friends.

Great villa - lovely area close to Moraira centre

This villa couldn’t be better. It had everything we were looking for, modern with so many facilities all brand new. We all had a fun time in the lovely pool which has a shallow area, great for our 5 year old grandson who loved bobbing about in the water. The older grandkids loved the games table and pool lilos. The outside BBQ area was great too. Lots of comfortable seating areas and areas for eating. Very comfy loungers by the pool. It’s in a nice residential area which is still close to Moraira and beach - took us only 19 minutes to walk as I timed it! Great access to many lovely top restaurants and bars. There were also so many different coves and beaches within 10- 15 minutes drive from the house so we tried a different one each day. The kids loved snorkelling and we rented pedal boats one day and kayaks the next. Moraira is a lovely town with enough cafes and shops to keep me happy. The house had great views of the hillsides and was so peaceful. No shortage of kitchen appliances and the villa was very well looked after. Kids tell me the Wifi was good too! The owner, Trish has thought of everything - manuals for all the appliances and folders with ideas for places to go, things to do and places to eat – perfect! Will definitely go back!

Fabulous Villa

Beautiful villa, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with amazing outside space and pool. The accommodation over two levels suited our family group perfectly. Great communication from the owners and management company. The walk to the centre of town was not pleasant in 32 degrees with 2 children and a granny with a bad back. If no car, taxis need to be booked well in advance. Central taxis were always fully booked but Pepe taxis were reliable as long as booked before lunchtime on the day. Probably won't be such an issue in the lower season We arranged online shopping deliveries with Mercadona which went really well

Happy holidays in Moraira!

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Moraira. It really is in a great location with amazing views and is a wonderful spot for relaxation and spending time with family or friends. The pool area is stunning, and the "Naya" was also very popular with our group. The house is very comfortable and spacious - it worked well for our group of 8. Trish is very organized with information about the house/local areas and restaurants, as well as supplies of books, games, sewing kits , tissues, soap etc. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed most lunches and a few evening meals in. We enjoyed visiting Moraira and discovering the beautiful coves and numerous, varied restaurants. Many thanks to Trish and family, we hope to return some time!

Absolutely spot on

This villa is absolutely spot on. Very clean, stylish and all looks brand new. Brilliant facilities – wifi, a huge sateliite tv, beautiful swimming pool with lilos provided, games table so me and the father in law were set up! Lots of lovely places to eat nearby – we only ate at home one night! There was plenty for us to do in the day in Moraira too - lots of little boutique shops for the wife, water sports for me, beaches, fabulous coves and cliff tops. Trisha is great to deal with and has put folders in the villa with info on the town and surrounding beaches and countryside as well as activities to do, which was great as we only booked last minute and didn’t have time to do much research beforehand. Everywhere is well equipped and lots of nice touches such as handsoap, tissues in bedrooms, dishwasher tablets, cupboard full of spices, bin bags etc etc saving you the hassle of buying them! Plenty of space outside and no arguing over sunbeds as 8 were provided! View from the balcony is gorgeous and we sat many nights with a glass of wine in the candlelight (again provided for us). Definitely recommend especially as we’ve booked again in May next year!

Beautiful Villa set in quiet hillside location close to Moraira, excellent for family holiday

We have spent one week at this lovely villa in Moraira. We stayed with our teenage children my parents and my brother and his wife. The villa is very comfortable for 8 people with lots of space for everyone. We loved the outside space and pool and had lots of comfortable places for relaxing. The umbrellas provide shade from the hot sun and very comfortable sun loungers to sunbathe. The kids loved the pool and could swim from early morning to late at night, great outside lighting. Inside the villa we had everything we needed for cooking, watching tv and sleeping. The air conditioning worked perfectly when we needed to cool down. Everything in the description matched our expectations and the owners have been very helpful in making sure all our requirements where met. I would highly recommend this lovely villa for a relaxing holiday and hope we can visit again to enjoy the location.

We're an English family, mum, dad, two daughters, a son and their families. The villa is our second home not just a rental property; so it's equipped with everything you could want whilst you're on holiday. We take pride in making sure all our guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The villa is well looked after by Louise and Michelle who live in Moraira and ensure it's kept in tip top condition. We try our best to make the whole booking process as easy as possible and are on hand (email/phone) if you have any queries re car hire, local facilities, flights etc. We realise it can be daunting if it's the first time you have arranged a holiday in this way and are only too glad to help in any way we can. One guest wanted to know how many coat hangers there are in each of the wardrobes! (it's about 20 by the way!)

Why they chose this property

We love Moraira because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches, bays and coves with watersports hire. The area boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. Moraira is easily accessible with Alicante airport a 1 hour drive away.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with our villa when we saw the views from the terrace. The Montgo mountain is beautiful and changes colours depending on the time of day. The villa is in a quiet area but only an 18 min walk to Moraira town.
