Villa surrounded by greenery, located in Torre San Giovanni ("Pazze" - Green Sea) at about 300 meters from the sea.
The town guarantees tranquility from the chaos of the city.

The house consists of a portico which is accessed by a very green garden, kitchen-dining room, master bedroom, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, 2 indoor parking spaces, pilozza, shower and 2 ° external toilets quite reserved, like the terrace lookout.

The external fixtures are provided with mosquito nets and gratings; each room has a ceiling fan.

In the nearby coast, in addition to an accessible cliff, you can find a small beach with a bathing establishment next to it.

Soggiorno fantastico

La struttura è in una posizione straordinaria per chi desidera un soggiorno di assoluto riposo e relax. È completa di tutti i confort immaginabili e curata in tutti i dettagli. Con la mia famiglia composta da quattro persone abituati a spazi ampi non ci è mancato assolutamente nulla. Sicuramente se avremo l'occasione di tornare a Torre San Giovanni faremo di tutto per poter ritornare in questa fantastica villetta. Non per ultimo gentilissimi i "padroni di casa" che ci hanno accolto con disponibilità dimostrandosi disponibili ad assecondare tutte le nostre richieste. Grazie mille per l'esperienza!!!!

STRAORDINARIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purtroppo siamo appena partiti, ma per l'ospitalità ricevuta non saremo andati più via , Maurizio e Rosì sono delle persone davvero disponibili sono pronti a esaudire qualsiasi esigenza , anche se bisogna proprio impegnarsi per trovare qualcosa che manca , la villa è dotata di: uno splendido giardino , un barbecue che fa invidia a un agriturismo ,una doccia esterna e una interna,un bagno esterno e uno interno ampio,un patio attrezzato per poter pranzare fuori,una cucina dove davvero non manca nulla,un terrazzo per godere dei tramonti mozzafiato e della vista mare,tre camere da letto comodissime e fresche non c'è bisogno neanche di accendere il ventilatore a soffitto.La villa è stata consegnata con una pulizia maniacale.Il mare cristallino con scogli bassi e una spiaggetta si raggiunge a piedi con una breve passeggiata, a cinque minuti e dico cinque di auto si raggiunge la meravigliosa spiaggia di torre San Giovanni con sabbia bianca e mare caraibico. Ci torneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo anche perché il nostro Max è stato benissimo (Max è il nostro cane).Mi congedo consigliando a tutti questa proprietà.Ne approfitto per ringraziare di CUORE Maurizio e Rosì.

Vivere su un altro pianeta

Già dalle foto mi aveva fatto una bella impressione .vista dal vivo è molto molto meglio Persone cordiali e disponibili la casa nn manca di nulla è tutto perfetto 👌 nn sembra nemmeno reale tutto curato alla perfezione Dalla veranda coperta si può vedere il mare il giardino antistante la casa dal solarium si gode la vista sul mare e tutto il paesaggio.che dire del barbecue 🍖 in muratura con tanto di appoggio nn manca proprio nulla
