Mireille & Yves will be happy to welcome you to this 160 m2 Villa located in an area away from main roads for 4 to 8 people.
Located in THOR, in the Vaucluse in the 'Pays des Sorgues', between Avignon 17 Km and Cavaillon 10 Km, 5 minutes from Isle sur la Sorgue with its village of Antiquaries and its famous Flea Market of August 15.
Only 15 KM from Wave Island and the SPIROU amusement park of Monteux, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, the Luberon and its lavender fields.
We offer 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, pantry, fitted kitchen, dining room, living room, mezzanine with TV.
Private parking, Electric gate, 12 x 4.5 x Plage® pool. Sloping downhill for more child safety with a 1.20m flat bottom.
On a large enclosed landscaped plot of 1500 m², terraces and solarium of 50 m², Barbecue. Located 3 minutes from the village center and its shops. TGV at 20 km, Marignane at 80 km.
Bedsheets included.
The linen is NOT included in the rental but with the possibility of rental.
The cleaning must be carried out by the tenants.

Access: The THOR is located on the old national 100 which links Avignon to Apt.
The village is located halfway between Châteauneuf de Gadagne and Isle sur la Sorgue.
Motorway exit 'Avignon SUD', then cross Caumont, direction Le Thor (about 8 km from the motorway), join the Route des Vignères and go up it for around 300 m.

Excellent séjour ! Nous sommes une famille avec 2 enfants en bas âges. Yves et Mireille sont des hôtes adorables et très bienveillants. Des petits cadeaux de bienvenue à notre arrivée. Et pleins de petites attentions tout au long du séjour pour passer un super moment. Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques et top pour des enfants. La maison est tout confort, très propre et très bien agencée. Idéalement située dans un petit village tout mignon a 2 pas de l’isle sur la sorgue et de plusieurs plus beaux villages de France. A proximité de pleins d’activités pour petits et grands. Nous recommandons à 200% !

Séjour parfait !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons passé un excellent séjour chez Guy et Mireille avec nos deux enfants de 2 et 7 ans. La maison est très bien équipée et reste fraîche malgré les fortes chaleurs. Le jardin est magnifique avec un petit bassin et les poissons rouges à nourrir, pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants. La piscine dispose d'une partie peu profonde permettant facilement aux enfants en bas âge de profiter de la piscine. La maison se situe un peu à l'écart du centre du village, ce qui assure le calme de l'environnement, tout en permettant un accès très facile à pieds au centre du village (10 min) où vous trouverez toutes les commodités. La localisation est par ailleurs parfaite pour visiter la région. Nous ne pouvons que recommander la maison de Guy et Mireille.

Mr et Mme Benichou nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Leur propriété est splendide et très agréable. Toutes les chambres et le séjour sont climatisés. La piscine est sans danger pour de jeunes enfants ( sous surveillance d’adultes toutefois). La propriété est très sécurisée. L’endroit est parfait pour découvrir une multitude de petits villages à moins de 45 minutes. En bref, nous recommandons sans hésitation!

La propriété offre un sublime jardin, muni de divers coins détente ombragés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la splendide piscine dans laquelle notre fils a pu jouer en toute sécurité grâce à la grande plage. Mention spéciale pour l'étang nous ayant offert un beau spectacle d'oiseaux et grenouilles venant s'y rafraîchir. Tout cela dans un calme et une intimité totale, bien accueillie dans le contexte Covid de cette année. La literie est très bonne. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles pour répondre aux diverses questions.

Un jardin extraordinaire ..depuis la terrasse principale ( table avec 8 chaises a l'ombre le midi et le soir) nous avons une vue d ensemble sur l étang ,le jardin et la piscine..Aucune possibilité de perdre les enfants de vue..même s il il y a une alarme pour la piscine.. ..une seconde terrasse avec une table et 8 chaises pour le déjeuner à l ombre.. Maison entièrement clôturée ,sécurisée, La maison très fonctionnelle ..la clim..super...les proprios sympas... À recommander pour les familles..la petite boulangerie à pied au village en5 minutes

La casa è molto bella, completa di tutto. Proprietari gentilissimi e accoglienti, che ci hanno anche fatto un bell'omaggio di prodotti tipici al nostro arrivo. Ottima la piscina per i bambini, non è molto alta e si può utilizzare comodamente. Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza, anche grazie alla zona che invita al relax e alla tranquillità. Da vedere la vicina città di Isle-sur-la-sorgue, i paesini arroccati del Luberon, Avignon, etc Consigliato!

Maison provençale très agréable,jardin avec bassin de poissons et fontaine dans un joli cadre , piscine suffisante pour s'y rafraîchir.Nous étions là en pleine période de canicule,mais avons pu apprécier tout cela et avons profité de fêtes et de sorties dans cette belle Région de Provence. Nous aimerions y revenir un jour!

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis is zeer verzorgd en voorzien van airco. De tuin is zeer ruim, met voldoende schaduw, rustig en afgesloten. Het zwembad was fantastisch. Ook de ligging is zeer goed. Merci Yves en Mireille! :-)
