Villa Michel at the sea

The house and the property has been very nice. Sun blindes for each window keeps the sun out. The terrace behind the house is top, big, shade from the pine trees. The furniture and the inventory in the kitchen are also in a very good condition: new dish washer and a new washing machine. We did not miss anything. The walk through the pine park to the sea is very short, may be only 200 meters. Also only 300 m distance to the super market. We will return definitely.

Villa idéalement située proche du centre

Rien à redire !! Un super accueil par Angèle, villa propre , rien n'y manque ! terrasse en partie ombragée ideale pour les poussées de chaleures. Portail coulissant devant l'allée où l'on peut parquer son vehicule , ce qui est un veritable plus à Argelès-sur-Mer .Petit bemol dans ce tableau idyllique mais qui n est pas du ressort du propriétaire, c est le bruit certain soir de l etablissement Carnival proche mais sans que ce soit rédhibitoire.

Logement impeccable ! Proche de la plage , commerces et forêt de pins . Quartier plus où moins bruyant jusqu'à 2 h voir 3 heures du matin à cause du restaurant dans la rue et sûrement d'un camping aux alentours. Très étroit pour rentrer une voiture à cause des arbustes le long des murs. Sinon très bon séjour ! Cordialement.

les 2 points négatifs sont : pas d'eau chaude constante sous la douche et l'invasion des chauves souris sortant du toit à la nuit tombée

Merci pour votre commentaire. Concernant l'eau chaude, nous avons installé un chauffe-eau (ballon d'eau chaude) électrique, ce qui résoud ce petit problème. Concernant les chauves-souris, nous avons obturé les accès sous le toit à l'intersaison

Small but perfectly formed!

This pretty property was simply furnished but had everything you could want for a home away from home. The tranquil garden was perfect for barbecues, alfresco dining and relaxing. The property was positioned in a quiet road among other individually built properties built in the 1950's. In easy walking distance of shops, restaurants , the beach and market it was an ideal property to enjoy all Argeles Plage had to offer. We loved this property. From the moment we arrived we called it home and left hoping to return next year.
