Elia: Modern house with pool 200m from the beach Montgó

Beautiful house with an unbeatable location, just 200 meters away from the Cala Montgó beach, and the Montgrí natural park. The perfect place to spend your holidays! You can enjoy the beach, the sun, spectacular scenery, bike rides, hiking, scuba diving, and much more!

The house is very modern, equipped with all the details. It is distributed in living-dining room, open kitchen(fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils), a double room in suite, a double room, a bathroom with shower, and an office. Outside there is the pool, the garden, and the porch, equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, and an outdoor sofa where you can relax and sunbathe.

In total 6 people can stay in the house: in 1 double bed (180 x 200cm), 1 double bed (140 x 190cm), and a sofa-bed (133 x 185cm).



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Esta muy cerca de la playa, perfecta ubicación, la casa tiene de todo y es perfecta para pasar unos días en familia y pareja o amigos, los colchones son muy cómodos y la decoración te hace sentir como en casa. Muy recomendable.

M'ha agradat l'ELIA

M'ha agradat tot! Es una casa coquetona, moderna i molt complerta amb tots els serveis per estar còmode, tranquil i amb privacitat. I, a molt pocs metres de la platja. La neteja, sobretot de la cuina, però també de coixins (de dins i de fora), mantells de taula, cadires, vidres... Abans de lliurar les claus, fer un repàs als plats, gots i copes, paelles, olles i cassons...per substituir els que estan malmesos. L'escorredor de la fregona, també estava trencat. Jardí, una mica descuidat (llums de leds, barbacoa, taula de servei per la barbacoa, plantes, brossa d'arbres...) tot i que el reg de la gespa va funcionar molt be.

Nous avons apprécié : - même si la place de stationnement est petite, elle le mérite d'exister. - la petite piscine est agréable. - la présence d'un barbecue est appréciable. - la proximité du supermarché et la boulangerie est très pratique. - la plage est toute proche. - le club de plongée Mateua Dive tout proche est vraiment très bien. Les seuls inconvénients sont : - un chauffe eau dans l'entrée qui fait vraiment beaucoup de bruit. -les débords du grand lit qui prend de la place et dans lequel on se cogne les pieds.
