About this property

VILLA AL-ANDALUS, IS IDEAL FOR VACATION FOR HAVING THE HOUSE, THE POOL

It is an ideal house for holidays, with a nice pool, barbecue and a typical Andalusian setting, with its white farmhouses and the natural setting of Sierra Almijara and Tejeda
The house is located on a large plot, with capacity for several cars and completely fenced.
The house has a living-dining room in it, we find a fireplace, radiators and air conditioning hot and cold., American bar to the kitchen, has all appliances, such as oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Each bedroom has capacity for 2 people, in each of the bedrooms there are ample closets, also low energy radiators and fans, in the master bedroom there is air conditioning.
The house has wifi, and German, French, etc. channels
Near the pool there is a barbecue and table, chairs and sun loungers to enjoy the sun, reading, eating and bathing.
You can quickly reach the town of Torrox by the main road in about 7 km, Cómpeta is about 10 minutes by car and Nerja, 19 km.

The beach and the coast is about 13 km away, but by the state of the road, only 15-20 minutes by car.

On the coast we have banks, grocery stores (Mercadona, LIDL, Aldi, Etc.)
Many restaurants and beach bars in front of the beach, where you can enjoy the typical Espetos in the province of Malaga.
Malaga is about 55 kms with very good roads and the
Malaga airport, then about 55 minutes by rental car, absolutely necessary. It is very cheap in Spain,
The price includes final cleaning, pets, bed linen, towels, cot, high chair, internet, etc.
The house has a very low price due to the lack of sea views
     Pets are only allowed, if requested, and approved, then free of charge.
Single cleaning per stay costs EUR 95, but this is already included in the price calculator
     Electricity is paid separately and currently costs 27 cents / kwh.
Basic clothing is included in the quoted prices.
There is once a bed linen and two towel per person.
Dishcloths and bath mats also included in the price.
Internet in the house with wifi and is included in the price.

Autumn break

The villa is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful countryside of Andalusia. There are three decent sized double bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite with bath and separate shower and looks out onto the pool area. The pool was spotless but too cold to swim in at this time of year. The kitchen is well equipped and contact with the owner was easy via WhatsApp. The villa instructions are in Gernan and it would be helpful if they were in English as well. Instructions on how to find the villa were clear and very detailed. Compèta the nearest town is a short drive away and it is a 20 minute drive to Torrox, the nearest coastal town. We would recommend this villa for peace and quiet and would advise that a car is essential if you stay here.
