Great quite area

The villa is lovely with all the home comforts you could hope for. I only sight problem is it a bit from Competa so going out for dinner was a pain as very dark and the roads very wringing.

Absolutely amazing

Villa was in a perfect location and check in process with simon was so efficient. The villa and its facilities were faultless and everything from furniture to cutlery was of excellent quality. We will be returning!!

A little taste of paradise

The property was so beautiful and tranquil. The gardens provided an oasis of colour and relaxation. The views over the mountains are breathtaking. The pool has Roman steps and a rail which made entering and exiting easy. We had hours of fun in the pool with the pool toys playing different games and, of course, to keep cool and relax in a place of beauty. Would highly recommend this gorgeous property.

Beautiful!

Beautiful property in a quiet location - only 15 minutes drive from Competa and the beaches at Torrox. The pool, comfortable outdoor seating, shaded areas and air conditioning in villa made a very hot fortnight in August very enjoyable!

Our stay at the Villa was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is stunning — spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean.The outdoor area is a dream. The private pool was sparkling clean and surrounded by the most gorgeous views, making it the perfect place to relax during the day or enjoy a quiet evening under the stars. It truly felt like our own private paradise.Communication from Vikki & Simon - Property Managers was fantastic.If you’re looking for the perfect combination of luxury, and privacy look no further. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and can’t wait to return so much so that we rebooked for next year within a couple of hours of being there!

Gorgeous villa

We have been renting holiday villas for the past 15 years and I can honestly say this is one of the best we’ve had. The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and well-equipped with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The outside space is beautiful and well laid out with different seating /dining areas, mature gardens and a lovely pool. While the drive up the mountain road took a bit of getting used to (all tarmac and plenty of room on both sides of the road) after a couple of journeys it was fine and of course, being so high up means you get to appreciate the most stunning views over the mountains and valley below which we never tired of - the photographs can’t do it justice! We could have quite easily spent our whole holiday just enjoying the villa but we made ourselves explore the local area too, visiting Competa, Nerja, Malaga, Torrox Costa and Torre del Mar - all worth a visit, especially for the delicious restaurants! Communication with Ray was easy and helpful. I would heartily recommend this gorgeous villa to anyone wanting to explore this stunning, unspoilt region of Spain.

Fantastic villa in a beautiful location

We chose this villa because of its remoter location, quiet area and not being overlooked. The pictures do not do it justice! The outside space was perfect for chilling with lots of places to sit, the well looked after gardens were beautiful to look at and we saw so much wildlife including geckos and a few bats at night. The pool although not huge was perfect for cooling off in and playing some volleyball, inflatables were appreciated! The villa itself was gorgeous, tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, it isn’t massive but perfect when you’re outside most of the time anyway. Air conditioning was great, kitchen very well equipped (if like us you like to eat in a lot) the bbq was well used. We visited a few local areas, the nearest beach at Torrox Costa was around 20 minutes away and much more touristy with bars/restaurants galore. Our favourite was Competa about 15 mins away, a beautiful traditional town with many windy little streets to explore, shops selling gifts, ceramics, jewellery etc, cafes and restaurants with lots of choice. The market on Saturday was small but really nice and sold lots of different things including local produce. About 50 mins from Malaga airport we would say a car is essential for traveling around, the route is straight forward but the roads up the windy hill side do require some patience, the views however are absolutely stunning. There is an English bar about a km away that serves food and has music on. Don’t hesitate to book!

L'équipe d'accueil (Vicki) nous a donné rendez-vous au restaurant le plus près et nous a ensuite guidé à la villa. Elle nous a tout expliqué dans les moindres détails et nous a même suggéré des activités au village. Nous avons ensuite profité de toutes les commodités. La cuisine ( et le BBQ au propane) étaient très fonctionnel. La piscine était refraîchissante et idéal pour jouer avec les enfants. La pavillon extérieur nous a permis de passer des bons moments à manger et discuter en famille tous les soirs. Et que dire de la vue sur les montagnes. C'est à couper le souffle. Tout comme l'arrangement fleural du terrain. Merci de louer cet endroit

Wspaniały urlop

Położenie domu sprzyjało relaksowi, cudowne, spokojne miejsce z widokiem na góry i basenem. Polecam ten dom! Spędziliśmy tam 3 tygodnie, sprawdził się na długi pobyt. Jest w pełni wyposażony (pralka, suszarka, zmywarka, mikrofalówka, kuchenka, piekarnik, naczynia), ładnie urządzony, trzy sypialnie, kuchnia, ogród i basen,.Fantastyczny widok na góry. Wiele razy wynajmowaliśmy domy wakacyjne, ale ten był najlepszy. Jeśli się zastanawiasz czy wynająć go, nie myśl tylko zarezerwuj. Byliśmy szczęśliwi wypoczywając tam. Polecamy

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Los Alcornoques, la villa est superbe, parfaitement bien équipée, presque mieux qu’à la maison :) Les chambres sont très bien, chacune a de grands placards et une commode dans la chambre parentale. La cuisine est vraiment très fonctionnelle, il y a tout les ustensiles à disposition, le lave-vaisselle est un gros plus ! Il y a une buanderie à laquelle on accède par l’extérieure, très pratique! L’extérieur est hyper relaxant, le coin pour prendre les repas et parfait, le barbecue est top! La piscine est idéalement située, l’orientation est parfaite, toujours ensoleillée. Les enfants (3 et 10 ans) se sont régalés!! Aucun vis-à-vis, c’est très calme et donc reposant. L’accès au village de Còmpeta se fait facilement en 10/12 minutes en voiture, il y a toutes les commodités nécessaires, nous avons aussi été à Torrox, qui est à 20 minutes maximum en voiture, très pratique pour les commerces et les plages :) Nous recommandons fortement cette super villa!

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit im Haus erlebt. Alles war genau so, wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war sehr angenehm und völlig problemlos. Gleiches gilt für die Betreuung vor Ort. Dejligt hus for en mindre gruppe (max 6 personer)

Vi havde en dejlig 3 ugers ferie i et skønt beliggende hus, hvor alle fornødenheder virkede super godt. Der var dejligt fredeligt, hvis man da lige ser bort fra cikaderne. Poolen var rigtig god med romersk trappe (vi er ældre) og temperaturen kom ikke under 29 gr. selv om den er uopvarmet - Ikke dårligt. Indkøbsmulighederne i Competa og Costa Torrox er fine og ydernere er huset beliggend tæt på en spansk engelsk pub, hvor man for en fornuftig penge kan få rigtig god pub-mad (fish & chips, revelsben, roast beef (søndag) etc. Alt i alt et super godt ophold!!!!

Vacaciones perfectas

Han sido unas vacaciones perfectas. Desconexión máxima, la casa tenía todo lo necesario y todo confortable. Por poner una pega diría que la carretera desde Torrox hasta allí es bastante complicada (solo 12 minutos) y eso hace que no te motive mucho a salir pero la verdad que con esa casa tampoco es preciso salir si lo que quieres es descansar desconectar y pasar unos buenos días en familia. Nos dejaron una bombona de gas llena para la barbacoa por si se acababa la que había, cosa que agradecimos.

Beautiful villa

A great property which is like a home from home. Very clean and well equipped. The views are sensational and access is easy from the main road. We all loved staying here and would definitely come again!
