Government employee, I am nearing retirement, I've done lots of jobs in my past, live within fifteen minutes of the property, am not very computer literate - thus simpler things are easier to do.
Why they chose this property
Walking distance to beach. Restaurants, shopping, island lifestyle, bus route throughout Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, bring your bike and ride to many areas.
What makes this property unique
Hurricane rated impact windows, very quiet inside of unit! Tinted windows and when you walk in you will be like saying hmmmm very nice.
During off season, really quiet neighborhood. This is a retirement community and the HOA self-imposes an age restriction that at least one person in the unit or on the rental agreement is age 55 or older.
