This home was perfect for our trip. The host has thought of so much to make your stay welcoming and there were little details and thoughtful gestures we encountered throughout our stay. The house was as described. Clean and well stocked. Very good communication. We got a message before our scheduled check in time that the house was available, so that was a nice surprise to get settled in early. The location was good, only a few blocks from the promenade, and about 10 blocks from downtown Broadway Ave. We walked to dinner every night except for when it was pouring rain. We highly recommend this house for a quiet getaway.

Fun in Seaside

We stayed here with our daughter, her husband and 2 kids. It was so nice! The house was so clean and quiet and had everything we needed and more. We loved that there were beach toys, chairs, towels and a wagon for us to use. The ping pong table was a real plus for the kids who can now hit the ball back and forth more than once! We loved staying here and enjoying Seaside.

Check in was easy! Home was spacious for two families. Located in a good part of town, the ease of getting to the places we needed to go was great. Ping Pong table was a fun addition. Kitchen was open, with plenty of appliances, toaster, blender microwave! Knife situation was a little challenging. Dining table was great with plenty of seating for everyone. Clean home and the little welcome basket was fun for the kids!

Home was beautiful and comfortable for all 6 of us kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked with all incidentals thought of if we would have forgotten a toothbrush the owners had us covered. We had a wonderful time and will be back next time

Absolutely loved staying in this home. The amenities and extra touches were welcoming. You can tell that the owners want you to have a good stay. My 3 grown daughters and I schedule an annual "girl's trip" and we all agreed that this is our all time favorite stay.

The place is beautifully decorated and spacious. We were able to entertain family from out of state, having more than enough room to visit, cook and eat together. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, has a huge backyard yet was located so that getting around was easy enough. Would love to come back in future.

Both consider themselves life long educators and enjoy the change of pace that managing vacation homes brings. The wonderful people they meet through their rentals and introducing guests to their favorite places are two or their favorite aspects.

This home is beautiful with a newly painted and remodeled interior, new furnishings, and a great location. We love the fireplaces, the river view, and the outside shelter with fire pit. It is.an easy walk to the prom and beach and the quiet neighborhood adds to a restful stay.

What makes this property unique

The very large living room is beneficial for large groups to gather, the quartz counter tops with wine bar, the deck facing the river, and the fire pit located in a large yard are great assets that all guests can enjoy. A small gym keeps you in condition. A pair of bikes provided for biking and a ping pong table give guests additional options.
