Luynes is a village of 5,000 inhabitants with all the amenities: bakeries, cheese maker, butcher, pharmacy, cafe, bank, post office, tourist office, supermarket, in the middle of castles and wine cellars.
Old renovated 18th century farmhouse. On the banks of the Loire (D952) 11 km from Tours, our house offers every comfort for the holidays: house of 280 m2 on 2800 m2 of land with swimming pool.
Two-story house: 2nd new floor, finished in January 2017 of 60 m2 with two bedrooms (2 double beds), a beautiful bathroom, a toilet and a living room.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a small bathroom.
Ground floor: kitchen open to the entrance and overlooking the terrace. A large living room with lounge and TV, a dining room, a laundry room (washing machine + dryer) and a WC. Freezer in the garage.
We provide you with sheets, towels, tea towels, toilet paper and the first basic foods. The wifi is free.
