This large semi-detached villa, tastefully and elegantly furnished, is set in a beautiful, well-maintained garden with lawn and complete, highly functional outdoor furniture.

Designed to integrate perfectly with its surroundings and embellished with refined decorations, this incredible villa redefines the rules of luxury with a unique blend of elegance and authenticity.

The large villa is divided into 2 separate units, villa Maestrale occupies the entire ground floor, while the upper part, villa Mistral, with separate entrance and garden, is rented separately. There is no interaction between the two villas and each floor enjoys its own privacy and exclusive space.
The villa has a very large living room and three bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Villa Maestra has inside an area of 160 square meters, 4 large double bedrooms each with air conditioning and 2 extra beds (for a total of 10 comfortable places), 3 bathrooms, living room of 30 square meters, large and bright kitchen, equipped with all accessories, microwave, dishwasher, WiFi, cooking utensils, etc.. covered veranda and lush garden with barbecue.

At the foot of the hill, strategically located for visiting Alghero and the surrounding places, Villa Mistral could be your next relaxing destination for out-of-the-ordinary holidays.

This large two-family villa, located on the ground floor of a 2-storey villa, just 2.5 km from the centre of Alghero, is set in a beautiful landscaped garden with lawn and outdoor furniture.

Air conditioning in all rooms.

Outside the Villa has a large covered terrace with a tent, garden furniture (chairs, table and umbrellas) and the relevant portion of the garden.

The house is equipped with all comforts, (WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, bed linen, iron and ironing board, bathroom linen, microwave, hair dryer, etc.), and everything you need for a comfortable and familiar stay in Sardinia.

Beach umbrellas and beach towels are provided free of charge.

Its proximity to the city and the most beautiful beaches, together with the attention to detail used in the construction of the interior and garden, make it an undisputed destination for those wishing to spend a holiday by the sea.


During the stay, if the traveller or people staying with him damage the property, they will be responsible for the relevant costs.

We leave our guests the maximum freedom and discretion but we are always available if they need us.

Maison très très bien !!!

Armando nous as aceuillit tout de suite à notre arrivée nous avons finit par nous comprendre pcq il ne parlait qu'italien et nous pas dutout. après la maison était vraiment très bien et grande et très propre et une belle attention de leur part avec une belle assiette cadeau de patisserie italienne,Le seul bémol de cette maison est le bruit des tuyau quand on prend de l'eau donc très souvent :( Mais je retournerais sans problème. Merci Armando

Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in 7 persone (inclusa una bambinadi 1 anno). Gli spazi interni ed esterni, la cura degli ambienti e ladisposizione degli stessi ci hanno permesso di vivere in modo piacevole e sereno la vacanza . Da sottolineare la disponibilità e la gentilissima accoglienza dei proprietari. Abbiamo avuto seri problemi in arrivo con un ritardo considerevole dell'aereo ma i padroni di casa sono molto cortesi, accoglienti e disponibili. La proprietà è comodissima, situata a meno di 5 min dal centro di Alghero e vicinissima alle bellissime spiaggie di questa citta'. Consigliatissimo!

Perfekt für 2 Familien

Wir verbrachten eine Woche mit 8 Personen (4 Erw. und 4 Kinder zwischen 2-4)in diesem schönen Haus. Schon der Empfang durch die Eigentümer war sehr freundlich. Außerdem freuten wir uns über ein paar Leckereien, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Ein früherer Check-in war nach kurzfristiger Absprache mit den Eigentümern kein Problem- sehr nett! Die Lage des Hauses ist prima, da ruhig am Stadtrand von Alghero gelegen. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten bei einem der umliegenden Supermärkte oder auch am Hafen/Altstadt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass für 8 Personen etwas mehr Inventar da sein könnte (Tassen, Gläser, Schalen und ansonsten vor allem ein 2. Wäscheständer) Aber dank der Spülmaschine ist Ersteres auch kein größeres Problem. Der zu unserer Wohnung gehörige Grünstreifen mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten war ein sehr schöner schattiger Ort um zu verweilen und für die Kinder zum Spielen. Selbst bei Temperaturen von über 30Grad war es in dieser Ecke immer sehr angenehm (im Haus half hingegen die Klimaanlage). Der Besitzer war von Zeit zu Zeit im abgetrennten Garten zugegen und versorgte uns zwischenzeitlich noch mit Gemüse und frischen Eiern. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

I padroni di casa sono molto cortesi, accoglienti e disponibili. La proprietà è comodissima (1km MD market, 2Km Lidl, 3 km Conad) e sopratutto a meno di 5 min dal centro di Alghero. Comoda la statale verso il nord della costa che evita tutto il centro di Alghero. Consigliatissimo!

Location ideale per una vacanza con amici

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in due famiglie (8 persone ) . I cannot say enough about this house ... it was simply PERFECT! It is delightful...very tastefully decorated and had everything you might need. The owners are very nice and greated us with italian sweets and a bottle of wine. I will most definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Alghero.

Une belle maison bien située

La maison est très propre, conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Elle est spacieuse, nous étions 2 familles et nous avons chacun trouvé nos espaces. La propriété est fermée avec un portail électrique, elle est situé à 3 km de la ville à l'abri des nuisances sonores. Le jardin est agréable et équipé d'un BBQ. Composé de 2 appartements, nous étions situés au RDC, nous n'avons pas ou peu croisé les locataires de l'étage, chacun est bien indépendant, on entend légèrement les bruits de chaise depuis l'étage. La maison est idéalement située à 3 km de la plus belle ville de Sardaigne, Alghero et vous trouverez un multitude de choses à voir dans un rayon d'une heure de voiture. Je recommande sans hésitation la maison, le propriétaire est sympathique. Un bémol toutefois, compte tenu de sa capacité d'accueil (8/10 personnes), la maison devrait être équipée d'un lave vaisselle., dommage. Et la climatisation serait plus intéressante dans les chambres que la cuisine, nous ne l'avons du coup jamais utilisée.

Great house, very nearby beautiful Alghero

This downstairs house offers lots of room, has luxurious bath- and bedrooms and remains very cool during hot daysl. The upper level has a completely separate entrance, you have full privacy. The private garden offers lots of seating in the shade or the sun. Alghero is literally 5 minutes away and offers charming, old streets with lots of shops and restaurants. The sunset from the outer walls of Alghero are breathtaking. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa una settimana fa, eravamo 3 famiglie con a seguito figli. I proprietari gentilissimi è molto disponibili, ognuno di noi aveva la sua camera matrimoniale e il suo bagno. I bambini in una camera grande hanno dormito tutti insieme. Casa pulitissima, arredata con gusto ed eleganza, completa di tutto e molto funzionale. Molto fresca, portico e giardino bellissimo. La posizione molto strategica per raggiungere tutte le spiagge della zona, vicina a molti servizi. Lo consiglio a tutti i gruppi, non ve ne pentirete. Grazie e un saluto ai proprietari

Stunning huge house nearby city centre

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this lovely villa in October, and sun was still very hot. We were 3 generations, 9 in total and the villa was perfect in size for accommodating this number of people. We especially enjoyed the garden and had most of our meals around the big table in the back garden. We even used the BBQ a couple of times. The decor of the house is typical Italian. Wifi work properly. There is a large kitchen in the downstairs area and living room is quite big. The owners are very nice and greated us with Italian sweets and a bottle of local wine. The property is completely closed off so great if for children. We never cross the people that were living upstair. Nothing to say, both houses are completely independent. It's about a 3 km drive to Alghero historical center and same distance to the beautiful Maria Pia beach. Highly recommended
