It is located 1.5km from Achada where you can find a variety of shops such as restaurants, cafes, barbecue restaurants, etc, 5km from the centre of Ericeira and the Fishermen\'s Beach.

We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.

We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax on all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.
