About this property

Super Clean townhouse in Scottsdale Arizona

We love our centrally located town-home. We are minutes away from over 30 golf courses, shopping, restaurants, hiking, attractions and the Mayo clinic. We are a gated community with a great swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ's, well appointed exercise room and club house. We have 3 bedrooms all with queen sized beds and two bathrooms. Our balcony faces west so we have spectacular sunsets in the evening.

Best VRBO stay ever. Third visit to Phoenix area and best experience yet. Our travel group consisted of three retired couples. Excellent accommodations. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Spacious living area. Pool, spa, clubhouse and exercise room impeccably maintained and much appreciated by our group. Short walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and outdoor, lighted pickle ball courts that we enjoyed on a regular basis. Joe left detailed information in the condo to make the transition from our homes To his, seamless . Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Desert Getaway

The property was exactly as shown in pictures. After a slight hiccup checking in our stay couldn’t have been better. Condo is very well equipped. The complex is beautifully maintained and in a safe quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to stores, restaurants, hiking trails and golf. Joe was very easy to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend this property.
