El apartamento es amplio y bien situado.
Pero desde que se construyó no ha habido ninguna mejora, los grifos pierden agua, una de las puertas de la terraza del salon no abre, los colchones son viejos, el sofa tambien.
La limpieza mejorable.
La atencion de la empresa que se encarga de la entrega de llaves muy buena.
