Welcome to the beautiful white sand beaches of Alabama's Gulf Coast! Enjoy your stay in the brand new, beautiful 3 bedroom, 4 bath condo that easily sleeps 10! Our 15th floor unit is unique in the fact that you have glorious views of the Gulf ! Large open floorplans offer visitors room to spread out and the huge balcony invites you to take in the unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico for miles.

Wake up each morning with spectacular views from each of the bedrooms. This unit features flat screen televisions in each room and a large LCD in the living room. A wet bar with ice maker and a large kitchen makes entertaining a dream.

When you are ready to leave the unit, right downstairs you can enjoy the huge indoor pool, sauna or fitness room. And right outside, this complex features the only lazy river on the beach along with water slides and another large pool for guests of all ages to enjoy. If you are so inclined, walk directly onto one of the most beautiful, white sand beaches in the world!

This unit is a non-smoking unit. All renters must be 25 years of age to rent and there are no pets allowed. We have offered three telephone numbers to make it easy for you to make your vacation reservations. Please call. Family vacation

Very nice accommodations. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy each other’s company and have our own space too. Could use a deep cleaning of the floors and newer linens for the beds, other than that, our stay was great!

This condo was perfect for us. The pool was amazing. We would definitely rent here again. Orange Beach was ok, we like Gulf Shores better for dinner and activities, but it’s only minutes away.

Overall a great stay!! Only downsides were dirty floors (which only bothered us because we had a little one crawling around) and pillows were not comfortable. Totally worth it for the space, amenities, and view!

There were thing in the room that needed fixed but it was just typical things that might get over used from a rental nothing major. Overall the condo was very nice and great location right off the elevator which allowed more space to leave beach chairs.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The accommodations were wonderful. We had an amazing view from our balcony. It was a short walk to the beach. The lazy river and indoor/outdoor swimming pools were nice. The location was close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back!!

Beach fun

There are a few things that needs to be seen about. There are a few things that are breaking the kitchen faucet, the washing machine is making a very loud noise and shakes. Not enough towels, wash cloth or hand towel and they smelled the smoke. Living room furniture is worn out. I think it’s too nice of a place to have those little things that are wrong that needs to be fixed.

The check in process was difficult, I was not sent the unit number, so I could not get my parking pass right away and I spent 19 mins or so trying to get a hold of someone to get it to me, a phone number on the e mails would be very helpful, stay was great though

Condo was perfect size for our family of 6. The master bedroom bed was terribly uncomfortable. There were not very many towels or hangers for closets. Pillows were very old. Great location and liked the Phoenix and the view. The condo needs some updating.

View was beautiful, condo was nice but there was no extras in the condo, make sure you bring everything you need with you. 2024 family beach trip

Condo needs updating & refreshing. Kitchen needs more inventory. Terrible pots & pans. No plastic ware at all. We bought some & left it for next visitor. Only one good sharp knife for chopping. Patio furniture was rusted. Just not he caliber condo we were used to at Phoenix West. We will book again there but not that condo.

Great trip

We had a great trip. Boys had fun. Had a few probs w getting parking pass. Computers messed up. Wish they would enforce the no smoking and no kids in gym. Especially in swim suits. But condo was great. Bed was comfy. Only downside is paying a large cleaning fee and having to put up dishes. Strip the beds. And make sure clean before leaving. Kinda expensive. But a wonderful time. We will be back!
