Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.
Trash bags should be taken to the trash chute at west end of your floor. Put trash down the chute, boxes can be placed on the floor in the trash chute room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign Renter Agreement.
Security Deposit required of $250.00.

We enjoyed the facility, beach access, covered parking, fast elevators and room. Only knock was the cleanliness was lacking and the showers did not drain well at all.

This condo is in a very nice complex with a beautiful beach. While it doesn’t really have ocean view, it’s a great property. The owner/property manager is awesome-very easy to email/text with and the whole process from booking to checkin to checkout was seamless.

This is a beautiful, big two bedroom condo that’s in a great location in Orange Beach. I was worried I would miss an ocean front view, but my kids loved watching the boats on the bay from the balcony. Both bedrooms and the living space is comfortable. Loved our stay here!
